The service experienced, in the intake, communication and completed repair, was, as it has been in the past, excellent and efficient. I suggest , with regard to the auto rental process, that the system be reviewed and care be given by the rental folks to explain the rental contract detail to the customer, including daily rates, the number of rental days involved and the process when the number of rental days are unknown.

Had oil change and tire rotation.
Had oil change and tire rotation. Technition stated tires were fine and at 8. However at my last visit a technition said my tire wear was only 4 and tires were near bedding replacement. Evidently technitions here only check on tire and I previously had one tire replaced at this dealership so that was the only tire technition checked. This is very poor as I could have a safety problem with the other tires. Not happy about this as maybe service is just rushing through the work.

Junior at Right Toyota is always so sweet and professional. Highly recommend him. The only negative thing I can think of is that the waiting area chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever had to sit in. They lean you back too far and lift your pelvis back too. For those of us who work remotely while getting our car serviced, we could greatly benefit from some regular table and chairs to continue working while we wait. That’s all though. :)

We have a quiet room available that has internet connection, comfortable chairs, and desks for customers who need a quiet comfortable place to get some work done while they are waiting. Always great and fast service. I had to get a loaner this week and the associate there was surly and not very helpful. I had to stand there and wait for him to notice me because he was on his cell phone. Then he sighed at me when I said my insurance card was in the truck in the service bay. The service itself was great as always but a less than stellar experience with the rental desk.
