Wuclans, every customer is offered warranties, service, and other protection packages for their new vehicle. The dealership does not add anything to a new vehicle purchase without the customer's acceptance and discussing it in detail. My nephew actually went to your dealership and spoke with the finance department, they can't take anything off, they said because he had such cheap and low package,how can you force extended warranty and anti theft when kept saying no, he's a very soft spoken and don't like confrontation, so he just left, think you should give him a call, name is Chris zagami.

Car buying process is dishonest "bro-culture" at it's finest + hidden fees. Got roped into meeting in person even though their site says they also do virtual appointments. Was told because of the market, they'd need to add $3,000 on top of MSRP, and took an hour to budge on the additional $1,800 they added for dealership extras (which is insane, because the car hadn't arrived at the dealership yet but they said they 'have' to add it). They patronizingly explained supply and demand to me, their justification for the hidden fees, and even deceptively explained that because I wanted a hybrid, and auto makers would be producing more, the car would be more valuable next year (the opposite of supply and demand?) I left feeling lied to and mistreated. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time here. Take your money elsewhere.
EcoShopperAZ, some of our inventory may had an additional market adjustment due to the very limited supply of new Honda inventory available. Due to the inventory shortage, the dealership has incurred a significant cost increase to provide new Honda inventory. We have had to search for and purchase new inventory from all over the country in order to have new Honda vehicles on hand.
