Shady practices
Super shady pricing. The cost is $42,000. Great. Oh, plus the tint fee of $1300 and the "reconditioning" fee of $3850 that is not advertised ANYWHERE on the listing. They drag you along for the ride and send you pictures and everything is great and then they say oh yeah, by the way, the car you wanted is $5,000 more than you thought. When I got upset about it, the sales person told me that "all dealerships do it" if somehow that makes it okay for them to lead people on. I will never contact this dealership again.

Horrible experience. I dropped my car to get check because the engine light had been coming on. They didn’t offer a shuttle so I had to walk 11/2 miles each way. The guy just wanted to do a lot of “recommended maintenance” which would cost me over $1,900, without being able to identify the problem. I didn’t like their service at all.
BVM, we are sorry for the inconvenience, our shuttle runs daily on the hour until 3 or 4pm in the afternoon. During an inspection, our service advisors will recommend services that may need attention to keep your vehicle running safely and reliably.
