No not a “bad” experience— he just doesn’t know how to talk to women in a business like manner. Some men think women like to be told “ you’re so cute” over & over— BS like that. I find it demeaning- unnecessary. It teed me off.

We just traded in out 2020 Honda CRV FOR A 2022 CRV. Our saleslady Brenda was top notch, fun and extremely helpful by getting us into the new car. However, a little disappointed when we went into finance. They always tell you bottom line out the door, and it ended up costing more than we were paying for the 2020. He was a little pushy until he got what he wanted.. Bottom line we got a newer car, but the price is crazy.

Justin, our salesman was polite, professional and did not put pressure on us just to make a sale. That made it much easier for us to stay and negotiate. Additional staff, Trevor did not pressure us. Andrew in finance was also polite and actually fun to talk to.
