Andrew Barnes may be the worst finance person.

Andrew Barnes may be the worst finance person in new car sales. Andrew Barnes said that the 36 month, 36k mile Bumper to Bumper warranty (MFG warranty) did not include labor and that I was stupid if I didn’t buy his warranty. He also said that all maintenance and oil changes where proprietary and that only Honda could do the work, this is just BS. I was so mad I told him to just finish the paper work get me out of here. The car was 30k and I put down 15k and I have an 830 FICO. At this time he increased the interest rate from 1.99 to 6.19 without telling me. He got me going out the door. It’s just not right. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM at Right Honda of Scottsdale Arizona.

Last week I bought a Honda Civic hatchback 2022 they charge $5k market adjustment fee on top of the Msrp. It was No pleasant experience on of the salesman with the abusive language. If you want to get a car sooner or later, try to avoid this dealer; I'm sure there still have some dealers that doesn't charge the market adjustment fee.

Prepaid service package is great. Scheduled, in and out in an hour. Of course our car is less than a year old but is nice not to have to worry about maintenance costs.

Passport 2022 new, Tyler was perfect showing me the car, but in finance was the worst experience of my life, I will not buy other car there, they charge me $1995 for a Rockledge security (what is that??), after the $795 previous for the Rockledge Alarm on the car. The signing process is one screen on the desk of the finance guy, and you have to sign without to see all the paper or screen...and my last sign was on the parking lot. After this the only answer is the "deal is close". No explanation.

We had a meeting with Ed finance director and he took half of the $1995 out, I was agree with that and for other side he help me to cancel all the others “adds”. My recommendation for others buyers it’s not sign any electronics papers, get the summary of your expenses before to sign…and the more important think is to speak always of the full cost of the car…because they speak about your monthly payment. In my case was 48 month and they tell you is just $100 more…but this $100 by 48 month mean $4800…Again speak always about full cost…
