Buying a car through Right1Auto was a terrible experience. I am a 20 year old college student in need of a reliable car so, I took my older broken down vehicle in to get a trade. This car was an upgrade from the car I initially had so I was proud and thrilled to get a vehicle that can last me through my college years, however this excitement soon turned into many hardships. Three days after buying the vehicle the check engine light turned on and after a “repair” from Right1Auto I thought my problems were over when not even a week later the light reappeared. I would have broken the contract but I needed a vehicle to get around and I would have been left with nothing. After constant calling and lack of communication from the dealership my father and I had to show up for someone to talk to us. My car had to be taken to a ford dealership and I found out the ENTIRE ENGINE needed to be replaced and the only reason I went to a Ford dealership was because Right1Auto told me that I had a warranty that did not exist on the car. After more long and difficult communication Right1Auto did pay for this but even now the car is having issues that it had from the beginning and notified them about. I talked to the highest person possible and he snickered when I asked if he would be able to handle this problem. So I am left to deal with an $800 issue in a car that was sold to me by this dealership. This entire ordeal lasted from early December to now in January and the only reason I gave up my other car was to not have any car issues like I have been experiencing. So now not only am I dealing with car repairs but also a hefty car payment.

When it came time for me to pull the trigger and make the purchase, Thomas was off for the day. So, Bill Right-1’s general manager asked Doug, another sales associate to help me complete the transaction. Doug stepped up and completed all of the paperwork, just as if the sale was his. He was warm and engaging and made me feel like they (the Right-1 sales team) were happy to make me their newest client. A service... They were willing to work with my availability and help me with the process of buying a car out of town. They had the best price within a 250 mile radius. Doug was very nice and communicated well via phone, email, and text.

Got a call from rep. Local area code. When I reached dealership, I Come to find out guy who called me is in FL call center. We discussed a price over the phone, made him aware it’s a 2 hr drive for me. When I reached, sales people had no idea who I was, or about this conversation. Bumped up price by 3k! Thanks for wasting a day of my life.

I loved the buying experience! I didn't expect to buy a car that day, but I worked them to my price so I decided to buy. The car was well detailed and Mike even went as far as giving me a half a tank of gas because the car was on E. I would highly recommend Mike he was an awesome guy to work with. If you mention my name, Jordan Moore, that would be sweet also!

Bought plenty of cars in my life but by far this place is the best. Vinny ( GM) assures that you will be completely satisfied. Great guy They are easy to work with , very fair, and their vehicles are in excellent shape. I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot with 36000 miles and never seen a vehicle in the condition it is in. It still smelled new. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle. They have a great sales team. Dallas , Micah and Tammi. Even though Dallas was my salesman they are all very friendly.
