Terrible mechanics

Customer service was great. Doug who was the guy I was talking to seem like an awesome person and he knew what he was talking about. But the mechanics obviously need some more training. I've had my pick up in there twice for the 4 wheel drive and also transmission problems. And the second time I brought it back for the same problems they still couldn't even get it fixed.... so because I didn't have the patience to bring it back in a 3rd time, a family member of mine told me that he would look at it and he figured it out in less than than 30 minutes and fixed it completely

This was an awesome car buying experience. I always put off buying a new car because I just hate the entire process - but Amanda in Sales made it an enjoyable, easy, no pressure experience. I would highly recommend anyone needing a new or used car to check out Reganis. Not only was the sales staff professional and helpful, but the finance and business managers were kind, supportive and efficient. Honestly, the entire experience was easy and stress free.
