This is the third Hyundai I have purchased from them, but things seem to have gone down hill. Different sale agent and different sales manager. The delivered a car with a defect in the back seat, a dent that seems to have been created by the buckle of the seat belt. When I reported it they claimed it was not there when they delivered it to me. So if you buy from them, go over it with a fine tooth comb before driving off the lot. The sales manager would not return my calls to discuss the issue. Paul Flores tried to resolve the issue, but it was basically out of his hands. I will not be giving them any future business.

I highly recommend Red Mc Combs Hyundai Northwest service department. I have been in multiple dealerships and this dealership has the best service department! I was very pleased with Mr. Patrick Stevens the service manager, who made our experience with their dealership a great one. He was very helpful in taking care of our needs with his friendly, efficient, detailed, and fast service. The ease of the whole service was exceptional along with his staff. Thank you, Mr. Stevens, for providing an outstanding service for customers!

Red Mc Combs Hyundai Northwest service department. I have been in multiple dealerships and this dealership has the best service department! I was very pleased with Mr. Patrick Stevens the service manager, who made our experience with their dealership a great one. Bait and switch on prices - numbers shown not good

Beware that the prices quoted can’t be relied upon. The dealership listed the car at a certain price on cars.com, but they don’t honor that price and engage in the old-time sales practices that people find so objectionable about car dealers.

Worst experience so far. These people suck. The manager was angry on the phone and just blew me off and hung up when I requested a written sheet of the cost after they insisted that I fill out a credit application

Good start but then issues.

This dealership was able to find the car with the options that I wanted. However, things quickly went downhill. The car suddenly had more option and with more options came a higher price. Going ahead with the purchase, the car which was going to be available in a few days, it came apparent that it was due to applying those extra options that they stated were already on the car. I also purchased an extended warranty that I changed my mind and canceled the next day. However, that decision has lead to 8 months of trying to get that cancelation corrected and applied to the principle. I am still actively working on addressing this issue with the dealership. I would give caution when working with this dealership.
