As everyone knows supply is hurting your chances of finding the vehicle you want. We've been considering two options; Highlander Limited or Hyundai Palisade. Took some time yesterday to go and drive each, although used to get an idea of what to expect. Drove the Toyota first, great car, plenty of room etc. Went to a second dealer to drive the Palisade but after waiting for the sales person for about 15 min we decided to look elsewhere. Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest, a smaller older dealership I'd say by the look of it but as it turned out the perfect stop. We were greeted by Adam upon arrival and he never stopped listening and showing us what was available. As we arrived a couple was looking at a Limited Palisade in Black, sweet ride and as it turns out we had the opportunity to buy it, just what we thought we wanted. However in the next row was a Palisade SEL Premium AWD in the perfect color inside and out. We drove it, bought it and love it. We received a very fair trade, military discount and an overall great experience. As everyone knows buyer a car takes time, Adam and Max in finance did their best to keep the process moving and light hearted. Thank you both Adam and Max, we're very happy with our purchase.

I bought a used Genesis G90 (at another dealership) still under warranty and booked an online service appointment at the McCombs dealership. The website informed me I was eligible for their Concierge Service. I didn't opt for a loaner, just the free pickup. I received a text confirmation, the name of a service writer, and was told that they would text when they were on their way. No one texted and no one showed up. On the third call to the service department, I finally was able to speak to a live human who informed me that they hadn't honored the Concierge Service since November due to a lack of vehicles. Not only did he have no record of my confirmation, he didn't even show a service appointment. When I reminded him that it was their website that offered the service and accepted the appointment, he said there was nothing they could do about the website. His attitude was blatantly indifferent. No apology, no acceptance of responsibility, no offer to accommodate my service need. Nothing. He could not have cared less. So I went to my trusted shop for the oil chance and will probably go to Austin for the warranty work, hoping that the Genesis dealer there won't offer such pathetic service.

I had been working with a particular salesman for over a month, waiting on the vehicle to arrive at Red McCombs. I was told once they can view the Vin in the system, I could put a deposit down to hold it so it's not sold out from under me. I finally got a text that it was in. I called the dealer to confirm and she said it was in fact in and would I like to make an appointment. I did and one hour and q5 minutes after I hung up, I arrived at the dealer only to find that it was sold. xxx Red McCombs. xxxx poor business. There are other Hyundai dealers in the area. Time to go elsewhere.

Horrible service department. Took almost 2 hours just for an oil change. I was the first one in line WITH an appointment. As soon as I said something they took the car and completed it in 10 min.
The car buying experience was great. Raul was very helpful and got me in the car I wanted. He never tried to sell me something I didn’t want or need and he was very informative.
What a great place to get a car. Dealers are very diligent in working with you as well as making them comfortable to buy a new car. Thank you to Raul for great work.

Gonzo is the Superhero of the service dept! I won't go anywhere else to fix my car and his customer service is off the charts! Rene sold me 2 vehicles and it was totally painless! We will stay a true Hyundai family because of this dealership alone! Gold stars all the way around!
Tried to buy car online. Horrible experience. Buy somewhere else. This dealership doesn't respect all buyers. I had my deal done with Capital one, but this dealership would not hold the car. I'm 250 miles away.
