Technology getting in the way of quicker service.

I liked talking to the tec's. They didn't talk down to me, and worked to get the job done. I know my way around cars, but almost never let on that I do, so I can evaluate what's being told to me. Rayskillman has always done right by me.

I appreciate the video from the technician explaining what he did with my car and what needed to be done. they even vacuumed it and dusted the dash. i had a couple of questions about the heater which were answered and demonstrated. the customer service was excellent.

The attitudes everyone seemed kind and caring I felt that they genuinely wanted me to get the best rates. It did take my credit score down by running my credit that many times through different lenders but however I am satisfied with the rate that I was received
