The service experience is always professional and courteous. I trust the work being done on my car. The addition of the video inspection, giving me the opportunity to see my car while it’s in the shop is very helpful. The service team went above and beyond expectations, including buffing a scratch on the car at no extra cost.

Nice service experience
My SA Casey was very professional. He took the time to explain the tech's diagnosis and suggest a course of repair. When the repair was taking longer than estimated he offered use of a courtesy vehicle.

I loved the video explanation, I had time to watch it before the Service Manager, Casey, talked to me about what needed to be done. It was very thorough, with a checklist of items, some of which I had taken care of and the rest I will have done later in June.

Great Buying Experience
The salesmen was amazing. Roodson Edmond arranged and took care of everything. Including getting the car to and from Ziebart on his day off. The staff around Roodson really helped out with it being his day off.
