Disappointed to be writing a negative review as our buying experience was fantastic. Mo was our salesperson and was very friendly, helpful and engaging. We received a fair price for our trade in and the process was quick. Sadly, within a week and a half of owning the car, after traveling to Idaho where it snowed we discovered a significant water leak in the roof. We had noticed the back was damp the day we bought the car but thought it was due to condensation from the cold weather. Not the case. We contacted the dealership and were told to call Toyota. I called Toyota as suggested and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I then called the warranty company (we purchased an extended warranty from QAC) and they told us it wasn't something they covered. I then called Mo again and was given the run around and asked if "we were OK" with just paying for the repair? I literally had TWO INCHES of standing water in my vehicle. In addition, when we bought the car we did not receive the lug nut lock key (specific to the vehicle). My husband called the dealership and asked if they had it (they didn't) but Mo offered to pay for it when it arrived at Toyota. After no word, my husband went to Toyota to inquire about the part and it was sitting there, in a bag with Mo's name and number on it. My husband just paid for it and left. It isn't the cost of these issues (although the vehicle goes in today to have the roof repaired and we don't know how much it's going to cost) it's the principle that this dealership doesn't stand behind their vehicles or their word. Such a disappointment as when we first bought the car I would have given them 5 stars. Very much feels like the service ends the second the deal is done. Too bad, we would have gladly bought another vehicle here in the future had the service continued.

Awesome dealer! Friendly and honest staff!! Zero pressure to buy. John was amazing, went above and beyond all expectations!! Highly recommend this place!! Couldn't be happier with my new truck!! Would gladly do business with these guys again.

I was able to purchase a truly exceptional Golf turbo diesel! My salesman was low key & helpful in every way. When I decided to cancel an extended warranty the finance manager (Joe) was also very helpful. I was able to drive to the dealership & pick up my refund check with no difficulty. The cars that Quality Auto Center has in stock all seem to be exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend!

We bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Quality Auto last week and were amazed by the no pressure, excellent service. The dealership was welcoming and comfortable. The owner came out and welcomed us before introducing us to a salesman. The "finance guy" was not hidden behind a door, but was right out with the salemen, ready to answer any questions. We had to drive nearly 100 miles to get to this dealership (well worth the drive), and there were no complaints when we kept the saleman and finance guy over an hour after closing in order to complete the purchase.

Although I wasn?t able to get the car I wanted (it sold 12 hours before I was able to test drive it) they were amazing at helping me with the Mini Cooper S that I wanted. Sad it sold before I could make it mine though. I will come back again when another one like the one I wanted becomes available.

I'll be brief and honest here. I did not actually end up buying a used car here. An unforseen situation prevented that. But, in the often frustrating process of car buying, I found that all of my communication with Quality Auto Center, specifically Andy, was actually refreshingly pleasant. Based solely on our conversation alone, I would recommend anyone would do well to consider them. They were helpful and professional, and you don't often get that vibe. Thanks!

Easiest purchase ever

Easy going no pressure hassles the way a car purchase should be done. Had been shopping for a "new" used car for awhile and had narrowed it down to 2 models. I actually intended to only view the car and then visit another dealership nearby and check a second car out. After viewing the car, and taking the test drive with Mike I made the purchase. It was quick and as I noted earlier... painless.

Honestly I can't remember the name of my salesman, but he was very nice, mellow, low key, and positive to deal with. I had pretty much decided what I was going to do with the car I was looking for since I had been looking for a while, but they made the decision that much easier for me.
