I came in on Saturday the 6th and purchased a Highlander Platinum. Worked with Chris and Yasmine. Both were wonderful! Very informative. Very professional and friendly. Thank you! I LOVE my new Toyota Highlander Platinum!!

I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 from Principle Toyota of Hernando, MS. The engine is junk and needs an overhaul but they would not even discuss the matter with me. They simply don't care about me as their customer.

We bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 in January, 2021 from Principle Toyota of Hernando, MS. They were fine until we had a problem. The engine of this truck is worn out, needing a $10,000 rebuild. We were told that since it was an older vehicle there was no warranty, and they "washed their hands" of it, and us. Not the way I would treat a fellow human being, warranty or not. They got their $19,000 from us and it's on to the next sale. Beware of these crooks! One star is too high a rating

We are terribly sorry that you have not had a positive experience. We understand that you had a 3rd party inspector look at the vehicle and they gave you a thorough inspection and it was signed off as approved. Even though our Manager, Bill Baker and Mike Taylor suggested that you evaluate the car in person you refused our advice. We strive to please all of our customers as best as we can and again we are sorry this didn't live up to your standards.

(Hernando location) Though pleased with my new vehicle generally, I traded in my previous car to this dealer at purchase and it was an unprofessional, brutal process. Despite the car needing to be paid off to receive the title, it was immediately posted on the lot for sale. After nearly 3 weeks awaiting payoff, my original lender began calling for my next payment. I updated them on the car being traded in and called Principle Toyota to check the status, making sure nothing else was needed on my end. The finance rep was unimaginably disrespectful and rude, mocking me and treating me as though i was completely ignorant. I’m fully aware it takes time, but three weeks PLUS ended up resulting in additional interest added and a late fee. At this time, the dealership only paid off the payoff quote from trade in day, which was now a month prior- leaving me responsible for the additional fees. I’m not impressed. Actually rather disgusted by their lack of professionalism. I won’t be back, nor will I refer my local family, friends, or clients.

Great dealership and excellent pricing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Sandy Stillions was excellent to deal with and he made it such an easy car buying experience.

After the salesman talk a good talk, and I explained my situation, I wasn?t approved for what I wanted which was fine. The salesman never called me and let me know he outcome, but sound really sad over the phone. Had I not called I never would have known nothing.
