Just bought a car from Prime. Petar and Alex were helpful, honest in their description of the car, and willing to deal. It will need some work to pass inspection. But the price was right.

My husband and I are Pre-med students and we both work and go to school, so we have very busy lives. We did an online search for a used BMW and we went to a couple other places to see the cars they had, and the dealership knew we were coming for a test drive, and they did nothing to get the vehicle ready for us to drive. I was getting pretty frustrated at the entire process, but I found a BMW that I liked and I called up Pete at Prime Auto Sales and told him I was interested in the BMW he had for sale and told him I would like to come test drive it. I let him know what time I was coming and when we got to the dealership Pete had the car running for us, which was great since it was below zero! We test drove the car and it wasn't running the greatest but it was only because of how cold it was. We let Pete know our concerns and he immediately went down and put gas in the car and drove it himself to see if there were any problems. Everything was fine and we ended purchasing the vehicle. The car was priced right and was well taken care of. The process of purchasing the car was quick and easy, which was just what we needed! I bought a VW passat from Prime Auto Sales. I came to Uniontown all the way from Kentucky with my father to purchase this vehicle. When I arrived at the lot, the staff was friendly, easy going and willing to satisfy my needs. They weren't intimidating like new car stores. You could tell they were honest people. Initially I wanted to purchase a different kind of car, but the salesman recommended the passat would be a better choice.I trusted him and I have had the car for a year now and it hasn't failed me. When I drove the car back home, there were no issues at all but they assured me if an issue came up, they were willing to repair it for me. I thought this was very genuine. They go above and beyond to help you out. I made the right decision purchasing this vehicle from Prime Auto. I highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a used car. Even my father was very pleased with our experience.

I flew in from Las Vegas Nevada to look at a 2005 Cadillac CTS-V. It had right around 140k miles on it. But it was in excellent condition and ran great so I purchased it. I told petar I was driving the car back to Nevada and he assured me the car would make it. He was right, the car drove awesome and had no issues at all. Very poor customer service, attitudes, and communication. One guy said he'll take my trade in no problem the "head salesman" said no because it wasn't a 4 cylinder import even though Incould count multiple vehicles that were on his lot that were domestic and 6 and 8 cylinders. So it was just a waste of time. I will never go here or recommend anyone to go here to buy a car.

Bought a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, car had 140k miles on it. Car was in excellent condition and purchased it for $1500 less than comparable cars at other places. I told the guys I was driving the car to Colorado for my son and they assured me it would make it. They were right, car drove assume with no issues. Will definitely shop again there, Thanks guys!

Looked all around locally and within a couple hundred miles of my location. I found an infiniti g20 they had. It did take a little persistence and did eventually get a hold of them a bit later in the afternoon. They answered all my questions right away. I drove over 200 miles to check the car out. Ive heard of low pressure auto sales, but these guys are a no pressure dealership. I got there briefly talked to the owner, and he was friendly answered my questions and let me take the car for a test drive. The car was as advertised and i got an awesome car that was way more affordable than a lot of older cars I looked at, which also had way more miles, and in overall way worse condition. When i talked to the owner over the phone he said there were done dents and dings sends me 2 pictures one of a little dent on the roof and a paint scratch in the rear, which was an accurately represented. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had. Would highly reccomend these guys to anyone. I got a great car with lower miles and in overall better condition than anything else i looked at. Next time I'm in the market for a car I'll be along here first!

Found one of their cars online (CARS.COM) and got a great little car for much less than anywhere around here. Salesman was great, very easy going guy. THANK YOU!!!!
