Run! Run as fast as you can in any other direction! Purchased the car the 23rd, they didn’t deliver like they were supposed to, so we get there on the 25th and the car is WRECKED! It wasn’t listed on the car fax, and since we trusted cars.com, we had already sent the signed paperwork sight unseen. Well they told us the wrecked car with the drivetrain issues is now our problem. Went on to find 67 open complaints with the Ohio attorney general. And an F rating with the BBB…

I have asked multiple times, by email, text, etc. to simply find out if a car was even available or not before driving an hour and a half to see it in person. No one can get back to me. I received an automated email in response to another vehicle there, which came off as incredibly rude as it is, and now that I was trying to find out more information on this car, no one could get back to me. Very poor customer service. I would never buy a car from someone who can’t even take a moment out of their day to let me know whether or not the car is still available. Normally, it’s the other way around of dealerships sending me multiple messages. Why should I have to continuously send messages, only to be ignored? Horrible.

I enjoyed discussing the car we were considering buying with this dealer. I asked for photos of certain areas, and got what I needed to help me decide NOT to buy the car. I would have no problem shopping at this dealership again! Some cars just don't rust well, especially when they are older than ten years old.

Seems like they don't care about a potential customer as I texted the guy that I was told to contact and ask him if I could call him and I got a short text answer of "NO", I ask/text this same guy a couple times to talk to me via email and he never bother to reply. Almost as if I was a nuisance to him. His name was Pete. Wrote them again a couple weeks later and was told to talk to Alex. At least Alex talked to me. I won't buy a car from this business with a salesman with such a bad attitude like Pete has. He wouldn't even talk to me for just a few minutes. I have the cash to buy the Cadillac I was interested in from them but found another Cadillac not far away. Perhaps if I had been treated better they would of had a sale. I was ready to buy it.

I got my Chevy equinox from there and so far so good. I’m loving it. It rides smooth and it’s pretty clean. Just the right size for my family. They were easy to work with and I’d purchase with them again and refer people to them as well. Thanks Prime for my new ride!!

I broke a truck from here it say cold ac and everything it was ridged up and a few months later transmission went out the day of arrival I knew I should of not purchased it when I seen a guy spray painting the rust spots on a white van there very dishonest here they need to shut this place down and give everybody there money back now I’m stuck with the truck that need a lot of work done frame bad all smh

This place dropped of a xxx car w check engine light on, promised me it was a good car and gave me a 30 day warranty and promised to fix any issues w the car. I finally spoke w the owner…he promised to look into it and then disappeared and stopped taking my calls and left me w a 4 k repair on a 4 k car that I have driven less than 10 miles on so far. They said it was an 8 out of 10…condition wise… more like an 8 out of 1000. They lied. I’ve read the other reviews..:DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE DISHONEST losers. Shame on me for trusting a used car dealer. Do NOT make the same mistake I made. The reviews are all bad and that is for a reason. They peddle junk and they lie. They buy garbage and up charge the suckers that believe their lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE..:YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

They sold me a car with a btoken frame...wouldnt give me my money back,they then gave me a replcement car and 2 days later the check engine light came on. They will not fix the problem and knowingly resold the dangerous broken frame car to someone else. Very rude dishonest people

Sold me a car and a few miles after I left the dealership the check engine light came on. They won't refund me of fix the problem. They told me to just reset the check engine light and get it echecked

buyer beware, Bought a truck a few years ago had a bad frame, Took it to my mechanic the following day after we bought it he refused to put it on the rack because of the frame, air conditioning and radio knobs quit working shortly after we bought the truck, brakes went bad after couple months when the truck was bought after they had told us they had done a safety check on the truck, they would not respond to our phone calls or messages once they get your money you’re done! Beware of this car lot and the salesman! I wish I had checked the reviews on this place before I bought my truck. It was just bad luck that I ended up there.
