I have been a customer of Prestige Lexus for eight years and been a part of purchasing or leasing at least 7 vehicles. Always a smooth transaction, and I have always had my vehicles serviced at the dealership , if there ever was a problem it was corrected and service does everything possible to meet the customers needs. Jorge is an asset to the service dept and always takes the extra step to meet my needs, he is a pleasure to deal with.

5 star all the way to Kim and I’ll sure be sending more referrals to this location! Kim T. is excellent, was patient to let us test drive 2 RX, answered questions about the vehicle conditions / features / capabilities, she was straight forward without bluffing. We were able to negotiate a year end offer for one of them. This is a nice dealership location with ample parking, and green lawn right outside the front. On a genuine note, there was not a lot of room in the negotiation but I still credited Kim for going above and beyond all options to meet our expectations.

Hi - after taking delivery of my L/Certified vehicle, I've noticed there is a chip on the windshield that is blocking driver's vision, particularly at night time I cannot look straight on the road which is quite dangerous. I only test drive it in the noon time so the issue never surfaced itself, and I didn't take the car home until after the next day time. I've had high expectation of this vehicle because I paid extra for the CPO, I understand human errors do get made and perhaps this was an oversight during the 161 point inspection process by your technician because the chip was so small? If it wasn't for vision blocking I'd probably not bother to turn it in, as I am physically quite far from your shop. Lexus Corporation advised me to contact you to see if a remedy can be reached. Please give me a call, I am happy to discuss this matter further, and thanks!

Jeff - I have left you a VM mid-week, I had to educate myself to find out that it is probably a less severe "pit" rather than a "chip", nevertheless you can disregard my concern for now.
Friendliness and flexibility in service arrangement
Jorge Reinoso was so kind to explain and offer an apology that a wrong part was delivered on the promised day. He quickly arranged a loaner car and expedited correct part delivery. I was able to pick up my car fixed on the same day without any hassle.
