Friendliness and flexibility in service arrangement
Jorge Reinoso was so kind to explain and offer an apology that a wrong part was delivered on the promised day. He quickly arranged a loaner car and expedited correct part delivery. I was able to pick up my car fixed on the same day without any hassle.

Not Honoring warranty
Too bad it's not possible to give this Lexus dealer less then one star. Purchased a used GMC vehicle from them on 10/31/19 with a written agreement the at the manufactures warranty was good through February 2020. Took the car in for a warranty repair and was notified by the GMC dealer (Lexus of Ramsey tried to repair and failed ) and was told the warranty had expired. Placed a total of eight calls to lexus starting on 11/6/19 at 12:02 pm and my eighth call was at 3:04 pm on December 8th. Everyone was very nice and polite, but no action was taken and the problem was not resolved. Please, if you expect any sort of post sale service - find another dealer

A great dealership
After 3 weeks of dealing with some of the most unscrupulous people on Earth at various used by car lots in NJ, I thankfully found what I wanted at Prestige. My salesman,Justino, was patient, accommodating and completely professional. Their whole staff was very courteous. I was not buying a $40k Lexus but they treated me as if I was. I would highly recommend this dealership.
