We have been a Lexus customer for over 10 years. I recently leased a new 2021 Lexus IS from Prestige Lexus. They made our sales experience very smooth from beginning to end. I would like to give high praise to our salesman Steve Glenwick and also to the General Manager Wayne Schey both men were professional, attentive and listened to exactly what we were looking for. In addition, they both did everything they could to make our experience not only pleasant but also seamless. I would highly recommend Prestige Lexus to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They definitely earned a new customer at their dealership for many years to come.

This dealership is the worst i have ever been to in my life they gave me a stolen temporary plate and now i have to deal with the toll authority to fight tickets , when i bought my car i told them transfer plates because I already had my plates they went and got me knew plates and made me pay for them , no one answers the phone calls and no one knows anything will never buy a car from them again or recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is awful. Don't purchase from them. When there is a problem they are no where to be found, do not respond to emails, phone calls. All they care about is the sale and then you are dead to them. Avoid them. There are other choices.

I had a very bad experience with Prestige Lexus of Ramsey. I talked to the sales person, Kim, over the phone about a car they had for sale. I am about 400 miles away from them, so I asked about every detail and they assured me the car was in perfect condition. I asked if it had any scratches that can’t be seen in pictures, she said ‘No, it is in a good condition, no scratches or any other problems.’ I believed her and they made me get an insurance and to pay a deposit before coming to their dealership. I drove 400 miles to come and find out the car wasn’t as described. It had a lot of scratches and when I showed her these problems, her manager said ‘It’s not a brand new car.’ When I wanted to negotiate, Kim said ‘You are stealing this car for this price already, we don’t negotiate. Whatever we told you over the phone, that is our final price.’ I asked to get a refund for the deposit i paid and was told it will be refunded the next business day. I left disappointed for the way they treat their customers. Two business days have passed and still didn’t get my deposit back. Also, I see they posted the same car for $1,500 cheaper than what they wanted to sell it to me. I ask you to stay away from these kind of dealers. Save your nerves and time and go do shopping somewhere else with people who deserve your money and give you better product and service.

This is our 3rd time purchasing or leasing from Prestige Lexus in Ramsey and it because we had a great experience there. This time it wasn’t big difference except low options of new cars choice. Thanks Rudy Trbovich for his professionalism, warm and accommodations.

It is funny at least. I placed review on this website about this dealership and all i have got is brush off response from General Sales manager about how good they are and now they striving to satisfy every customer. Instead of call and find out what happened and what they can do to make customer satisfy, they simply answer review to place the mark, that they respond. So ! 10 weeks later i still have no papers to register my vehicle and have no answers to my questions about number. Way to go guys. That will bring much more customers to your doors.

I'm looking for a new car and my husband received an email they were doing certified preowned leases. He already owns a Lexus. I called and spoke with a woman who said they had a lot of cars for lease. I came in, the salesman Kelvin, couldn't have been nicer, he found a car and I took it on a test drive. I was in love. So we started working on the deal. The salesman comes back and says the finance manager said they were not doing the leases on the car I wanted as of that day. Mind you it was 6:00 at night. No one said anything before that. I was livid. The salesman tried to find me an SUV but that is not what I wanted. The poor salesman had a sale and it was ripped away from him and left very angry. I expected better treatment from this dealership.
