Was told everything would be perfectly fine for financing, when I arrived they threw the brakes on me, after I advanced all the information, and even asked if the financing company needed any further information. Woman there said no, everything is good to go. When I got there, it was a complete hassle, financing, and even after stating that I do not have a co-signer, they asked me for one anyway. So they clearly do not listen. I wasted a lot of time driving across the state to get a car, that I couldn't buy. Total waste of time. Entire area is a complete cluster-f. Just pay the money and go to a real BMW dealership. At least you can get screwed better and get some complimentary snacks. Would

Went to look at a vehicle and nowhere did the ad mention it was a project car, thankfully I live in Sterling,VA which is only 15-20 miles away. Got to the dealer to inspect the vehicle (Porsche 944) and the car had multiple issues, paint runs (3 in the same spot) on the driver front quarter panel and the paint condition on the car overall was poor, arm rest storage cover wasn't attached to the center console, no record of a timing belt change, both seats were ripped, dates codes on the tires were from 2012 and many other issues. I didn't have the heart to tell the owner that the car they listed for $9k was actually only worth $3.5k to $4k in it's current condition. Run, don't walk away from this dealer.

We purchased a 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid. The vehicle was immaculate all things considered. Precise provides free CarFax on their cars. The drawback is they are a “no haggle” dealer, so making an offer is a waste of time. I know, I tried. They were very accepting of have a Pre-Purchase Inspection accomplished off-site at a 3rd party. I did this too. They work as a team and so you’re not mobbed by every cheesy salesman trying meet his quota. I’m not in love with their location because a lot of their inventory is found off-site and they will take 15 minutes to retrieve the car. But they do it without any hassles.

I bought a 2010 Chevy Aveo on 9/23/20. Their ad said would ship free within 300 miles. The first thing Eric said when I was talked to him was that I was rural and couldn't get free delivery. I said that was what his ad clearly stated, and he backed down on that, and it was delivered. There was only a 5-day return and exchange policy unless I wanted to pay what I considered a large amount for a warranty. I thought by their rating that they would be reliable and didn't have the income to spend more after my negotiated price. I drove the car 7 times, and it started to smoke and as I was getting off the road it lost all power. I had to have it towed. I am not a mechanic but was first told the engine was blown. I called Precise and was told it was fine when it was there and that the best they could do was have their people repair the car if I got it to them at wholesale cost, so I'd have to tow it from Heathsville, VA to Chantilly and pay for it to be repaired. I towed it to another local mechanic who said a heater hose was split, other hoses were 'squishy' and had to shave the head and something else (manifold?), and it cost me $1200 to repair everything. There was a lot done to it. I do like the car but was very upset with this whole experience.

The employees were all friendly. Tamim was of very exceptional help. Megan was fantastic throughout the entire sale process. The management was also extremely friendly and seemed to care about the customers and they were fair.

I couldn’t be any happier, I car was exactly was I saw online, had some flaws that I expected from a used car. Got awesome financing, couldn’t be any happier and they shipped it to my house for free!

Went to go purchase a black 2013 GTI, upon arriving I took the car to a VW dealership to get it checked out before purchase. The car was in awful condition. Took a 5 hour trip just to be presented with a car with bald tires, worn brake pads, and an engine oil leak. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. IT'S A CLOWNSHOW.

Hello, I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who according to the hold harmless agreement they sent her, they have limited her rights to leave a TRUTHFUL review for everyone and even though it is against the law(Consumer Review Law of 2016), I will share her experience. She came into the dealership on February to look at a Kia Forte, even though I didn't really like the thought of her buying a Kia due to the engine problems it has had in the past. But of course I allowed her because she is doing very well at college and me and her father wanted to treat her to a new car. I am currently on business ventures outside of the country that's why I didn't follow my daughter there, but I was on the phone while she was there. Late February she came and she decided she wanted to buy the vehicle, upon test driving my daughter and son both noted sounds coming from the engine but they assumed it was due to the mileage (which was over 99k.) I made sure she asked the representative if the car had been maintained and she agreed to everything and assured my daughter. My daughter complained that even from the day she left the dealership the car would shut off multiple times and our family mechanic of over 25 years noted that there wasn't any brake pads or oil in the car at all. So already they sold my daughter a car that wouldn't pass Maryland inspections. Please note that they have a 5 day exchange program which they didn't allow my daughter to use after they had tried to fix the car to no avail which caused my daughter an almost accident on the highway just a day after they had claimed to fix the issue. This dealership is very deceptive and they don't care about anyone including my young daughter. The only solution they could come up with was either my daughter would pay an additional out of pocket cost to get another engine or she would forfeit her downpayment(which was my hard earned money!) and they would end the loan. PLEASE BEWARE of this dealership and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ensure that you get a proper diagnostic from a certified dealer(GO TO THE MANUFACTURER OF THE CAR FOR A CREDIBLE DIAGNOSTIC) before you purchase ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Luckily my daughter has found a new dealership (MORE RELIABLE AND TRUTHFUL) to get a car from. Precise automotive shame on you for allowing my 19 year old daughter to go through all this heart ache over the junk you sold her!!

Hi Rebecca, You forgot to mention some important details and facts. Your daughter test drove the vehicle not once but twice on separate occasions and there were no signs of any issues or check engine lights that would alert to any potential issues. We would not and could not sell a vehicle with mechanical issues as no one would purchase it if there were any mechanical issues. She purchased the vehicle AS IS and declined to purchase extended warranty that is designed to protect customer's in cases of issues that may arise after sale. She bought the vehicle that did not have any mechanical issues at the time of purchase and no one guarantees damages caused by the driver due to their negligence The vehicle was brought back to us with a hole in the engine which I have never seen in over 20 years of being in this business. Perhaps you should ask your daughter how one could achieve this as we, the local service shop and the KIA dealership were all amazed on how this could happen unless your mechanic of 25 years did something during the oil change or your daughter drove the vehicle not on D but lower gears. These are the only two causes of how an engine rod can blow a hole in the engine from inside (Oil issues and/or High rev). Despite our willingness to repair after sale issues, all of our customers can exchange out of their chosen vehicle within the first 5 days without any reason as long as they bring back the vehicle in the same condition as when purchased, which this vehicle was not in. Please refer to the closing documents of which 5 of them were signed acknowledging that the vehicle was sold AS IS and the 5 day exchange document with clear language of vehicle exchange policy and finally, the waiver of service contract where she declined to buy any extended warranty that is designed to protect customers. Despite the vehicle purchased AS IS and the damaged caused to the engine, we agreed to buy back the vehicle and paid off her loan with the lender and released her from that financial liability so that her credit would not be ruined and that she can finance another car. Your daughter willingly signed that agreement without any pressure from us and was happy with the final outcome as the brunt of the loss was taken upon by us. Taking personal liability on decisions made as an adult is important and making up stories that aren't factual are for fictional books and not meant for reviews and attempts to slander a business's reputation. You are leaving negative reviews when you know not of what truly transpired and what legal documents were signed and agreed upon by your daughter.
