Be aware they are liars. They told me the dodge charger was a clean title and charged me a lot of money and after purchasing the vehicle I found out that the car had flood title. After couple days I asked if I can return the car or exchange they refused.

I purchased a Nissan Maxima for my birthday. The body of the car was in excellent condition. While test driving the vehicle I noticed a hub bearing was needed. The guy who was running the show assured me the hub bearing was the only issue the vehicle had. He told me he could have it fixed in no time. I asked for complete honesty. I was told there was absolutely nothing else wrong with the vehicle. The under the hood inspection went great. We started the paperwork process and I was super excited. It's safe to say the vehicle didn't last a month before it began breaking down. The vehicle started to make noise and sway side to side. I finally got the car towed to a dealership and was told the entire frame was rusted. The dealership put my car in the air to show me the problem. Omg!! Completely rusted out!!! Thank god I know a mechanic with a body shop. He charged me $1100 to completely reconstruct the frame of the vehicle from old parts. I was out of a car for over a month. I knew my temp plates would expire soon so I hitched a ride to pick up my plates. I can't believe the guys working in that place didn't give me my plates. They claimed the vehicle had to be present.Well maybe if they would've been HONEST I would've purchased a better vehicle that would've allowed me to drive. I had all of my paperwork showing the car was mine. They refused to look at the paperwork. I had to purchase my plates from the Secretary of State. Smh shame on you guys!! I was treated like crap.I can't explain the feeling I had as I walked away without my plates on a vehicle that I wasn't even driving.

Pros: laid back no pressure. Decent priced vehicles. Cons: Car was dirty with no gas Was in need of repairs and they refused to repair. Just spent 120 on an inspection and drove an hour for nothing. Basically go here if you have access to a free mechanic or you are a mechanic. I would have purchased the vehicle if they would have just repaired it instead of trying to give it to the consumer by saying engine repair was part of maintenance.

Had a nice and clean Monte Carlo posted went to see it on the lot and it was not the car posted ! Some xxxxxxxx just to lure you in!

Husband drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a car and put down a deposit. The next day we drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the car, but another sale agent sold it the night before. Very upset at the fact that we drove down there and didn’t know anything about it. They could of called us ahead of time. Very bad communication on their part and as far as recommending this place I wouldn’t unless if you want to waste your time.

This facility is awful. They charge you for something called a prep fee and tried to say “a lady from the state comes by to pick it up” but in all actuality the money is going into their pockets. They have awful customer service. And wouldn’t budge on the price.

great salesman but very poor management said they had a car but when i got there lied to get me in there called for specific truck (f-150) The guy on the phone said they had the truck when i got there they said truck wasn't there management was rude i was ready to buy i was a serious buyer drove very far i don't understand to lie to people to get them in they wasted my time and my gas and my money they guy on the phone keep hanging up on me after i was headed there very rude need to learn how to talk to people salesman was great but bad managers needs help drove 2 hours for lies

Called on For Nissan guy on the phone was nice until I started asking questions he needs to learn people skills what a joke phone skills are horrible called back picked up and hung up called from another number the guy was rude again people are not coming in to buy if I can?t talk to you on the phone.....great prices ,bad phone skills
