Very pleased with my purchase experience

I shopped online for many weeks for a clean, low mileage, FJ Cruiser. First one I bought from another well known online dealer was rejected on delivery for a very rusty frame. PPAG had the one I liked and they helped me by FaceTime letting me see the frame and other areas of most concern. Blake [Sales Mgr] drew up all the documents and over-nighted them to me. I was able to sign them ahead of time spend only 1 hour at the dealership looking over the FJ and driving it. Deal done - Thank you Blake. I did find a few flaws when I got the vehicle home but hey, I bought a discontinued vehicle I had always wanted and the few cosmetic issues were to be expected and easily remedied - no show stoppers - the 80 mile drive home gave me confidence that this FJ was a keeper. I had made the right choice in both vehicle and dealership. If you are shopping for a clean used car or truck, I will recommend PPAG with zero reservations. Keep your expectations neutral and do your homework - it's your money.

Horrible buying experience

Layth aka the dealerships owner sold me a truck directly, even though he had good customer service, this was the worst buying experience of my life. Layth told me this truck was a beast and nothing was wrong with it other than a broken panramic roof. He said he would get that fixed and would deliver the truck to me. Layth told me that by law they had to multipoint inspect every vehicle they bought, and that they couldn't sell any car without 1st fixing the issues found. When I got my truck delivered not only was the sun roof not working, I found a major oil leak, engine problems, and an unsafe shake when driving the truck. Layth told me to deliver the truck to my local dealership and that they would pay for the issues. After the dealership verified all the issues plus some with the truck, they quoted me $5000+ to fix all those issues. I gave Layth the invoices and he said it was too much and would only pay for anything related to the sunroof. Before buying this truck they had me sign a paper that said I can't sue them, so I was basically screwed. They paid $1800, and I was stuck paying the rest. I'm still waiting for them to send me the paperwork I signed. They sold me the truck for top dollar, promising me the truck was inspected, and in great shape. Buying a good truck from these people is like playing Russian Roulette. Save yourself money, time and headaches, and buy somewhere else.

My husband and i bought a vehicle from them in April 2020 right as the Covid virus was setting in. The price advertised was 10 995 Which Zach verified through text. Zack and I negotiated & we decide to buy . I did everything online & he was supposed to send over the contract as he did all the other paperwork so I could sign it but he didn’t send it before my husband got there to sign his part & take truck, so Zack ask if my husband could sign for me which I had no problem with. I just needed to send verification I was allowing that. Like I said I had done everything else online so my husband thought everything was taken care of all he had to do is sign & drive away which is what he did but when he got home I realized that the reason Zack didn’t send the contract to me was because he overcharged us $1000. When I called and asked about this Zack and Randy both gave me different reasons & then tried to blame it on the financing company saying that they added extra charges. When I told them they were lying they both stopped talking to me. I contacted them several times with no response. I finally turned them into the federal trades commission & they were reprimanded. I will be taking them to court soon.

Trent was very helpful and professional. He made the buying process easy and quick. I found the Jeep I wanted on line and Trent contacted me, so I drove 48 miles to pick it up and Trent made the entire process easy!

Very poor customer service. Misleading and cars in all very poor condition. Unwilling to work with the customer. Try to take advantage of the customers.

Their response is mostly lies. Carfax only fixes vehicles with title issues, not flooded vehicles unless it stated that on a title. You did not offer a video chat offered not an iota of help, only that I should have taken it to a inspector myself before buying. I've had to do many repairs and still have many more to do. Theres mud in every covered area in the truck, behind doors, in the intake tubes, in the exhaust, buried in the frame, in the doors, the radio, the headliner! Your response tells me how crooked you really are. The only truth to the response is me asking for a refund. In state the fine for selling a flooded vehicle is triple the vehicle cost to the dealer. I was more than fair, but couldn't expect selfish scammers to do the right thing. Your family would still be ashamed.

On this website the car looked beautiful, perfect interior, washed, detailed, etc. When I arrived to the dealership the car was outside waiting for us obviously not washed in weeks, went to the door the man was dismissive and did not care about giving information about the car and honestly didn’t even care about us being there. Like i mentioned the car had not been washed in weeks, there was loose popcorn and fries in the backseat and it looked like someone had been living in the car, the passenger rear doors inside was completely peeled off, the wheels were missing parts on them and the inside smelled like mildew. Not to mention the car had 1,200 more miles on it than listing! Do not buy a car from here it seems like someone bought the car I looked at and returned it. Listen to the other reviews do not trust this dealership. Deceitful and flat out liars. Hope this helps

Zack here at Plano Preowned, I was the salesman that showed you this vehicle. The vehicle did indeed need to washed and vacuumed, there is no doubt about that. I did apologize and let you know that I would have it detailed for you. You also noticed that the driver side wheel covers were missing, unfortunately it looks like they were stolen but I let you know that I would get you replacements at no cost. The fabric on the door was loose in the photos and did tell you that I could have that taken care of as well. I did also go over the history of the vehicle and went over the carfax information. I was not dismissive and take excellent care of my customers because without them our dealership cannot survive and I have an extensive history of happy customers as you can see on our google page. I apologize if you felt you were not taken care of but I do not know what I could have done differently and perhaps we could discuss it. We actually sold the car about an hour after you left so it was not the right vehicle for you and that is completely fine, but it is not right for you to say that you were misled, mistreated, or to make assumptions that you have no basis for. I hope you give dealership and myself another opportunity to earn your business or at the very least have a discussion about your experience. Thanks, Zack Z
