Ok, but Not Great

Our salesman Jarrod was very good. He was nice to talk to and get help from. The finance team however was not so good. We kept being told the deal was done, initial a paper.. then be told well, we can't do it. We spent a good 4-5 hrs the first day we went to leave without anything. Very upset. However, 3 weeks later got a call and discussed some options. Made the deal, was supposed to only have to come in, pay down payment and go..so we left work went and did some paperwork and 2.5hrs later finally was able to leave. I do feel we were mislead a little with the vehicle we got, because I was told it was fully loaded, etc. However, our old 2015 vehicle had more bells and whistles than this 2018 F150 XLT, it isn't even equipped with satellite radio abilities. That is our biggest complaint. Over all, we do really like the truck. But, did learn a valuable lesson.. don't take words at face value.. look for yourself. I truly believe the salesman and finance team should be on the same page before any deals are told to be done with customers.

I hv bought 3 vehicle from planet ford I was sold alot of warrenty the second vehicle my 2019 f150 xlt has been having a serious problem only 36,000 miles it started just drinking gas I was stuck on the side of the road I called planet ford about this issue while driving I twas told to just go to nearest dealership in witch was close. I then asked how would I get home to my Family an they gave me no response an shut off all communicating with me an just left me out on the highway stuck to deal with my new truck braking down the truck was doing 9 miles to a gallon (mpg) on a full tank of gas it was getting 189 miles to empty I even took pictures an sent to the dealership knowone cared to even call to check on Me but I'm supposed to be a valued ford cutomer I hv serious medical conditions an meds that I hv to take an I was stuck on side of road ran out gas had to puso truck to a gas station to try an get money an gas to make it home to my family sad Planet Ford 59

Rude Parts Department Associates When I placed and order for a part, the associate barely engage with me. He even seem to be bored for having to help me. He just grabbed the invoice and it to me. So instructions on what to do nor what to expense once the part arrived. He just gave me a blank stare until I walked away. When I went to pick the ordered part, same associate was upset because I dint bring the invoice. I had to walk him through different options to locate my order because his initiative to located my part was nonexistent. The associated next seems very bothered to be helping out the other customer.

Sold me a car with used tired older than the car

This is ridiculous. We bought a van not even 2-3 months ago from them, 2015 Honda Odyssey. We go in for an oil change Saturday, they tell us everything is great. The NEXT DAY we have a tire blowout. 1. All 4 tires were UNDERSIZED 2. all 4 tires were BARE BONES ON THE INSIDE FOT HE TIRE 3. the tires, after being checked by our shop, WERE MADE IN 2012 THE VAN IS A 2015!!! absolutely ridiculous. The van had a blowout with my wife and kids in the car and left them all stranded on the side of the road. Shame on this place, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
