Taken advantage of due to car shortage?major mark ups. Dealer I was working with didn?t even bother to show up for the closing of the sale. Had to deal with new worker and management. The manager named Buzz said I didn?t have to buy anything, there were many more lined up behind me! I was in a real bind commuting for work with no vehicle.

The key pad on the door of my 2020 f150 fell out. I have had bad experiences with Randal Reed before. I was told that they need the truck for two days, for a key pad. These folks do not understand customer service, the guy went right to accusing me of being elitist. “I can’t put you ahead of other people” as though I was asking for that. I was asking if I could actually schedule service vs. leave the truck for two days. I mean 2 hours, half a day, but they needed it for two days. I walked out angry at RR as usual. I love my Ford, these folks are shady, seek other dealerships.

We had an excellent buying experience. Our salesman, Jose Medina, was professional, courteous, and made the buying process relaxing. We knew what we wanted, exchanged a few emails first, and were able to complete the purchase in under 2 hours. We would definitely recommend this dealer!

Ok, but Not Great

Our salesman Jarrod was very good. He was nice to talk to and get help from. The finance team however was not so good. We kept being told the deal was done, initial a paper.. then be told well, we can't do it. We spent a good 4-5 hrs the first day we went to leave without anything. Very upset. However, 3 weeks later got a call and discussed some options. Made the deal, was supposed to only have to come in, pay down payment and go..so we left work went and did some paperwork and 2.5hrs later finally was able to leave. I do feel we were mislead a little with the vehicle we got, because I was told it was fully loaded, etc. However, our old 2015 vehicle had more bells and whistles than this 2018 F150 XLT, it isn't even equipped with satellite radio abilities. That is our biggest complaint. Over all, we do really like the truck. But, did learn a valuable lesson.. don't take words at face value.. look for yourself. I truly believe the salesman and finance team should be on the same page before any deals are told to be done with customers.
