Bad customer service.
Bad customer service. Kept my car for way too long to tell me they scanned it and couldn’t find anything. Just lazy mechanics now a days. Told them exactly what was wrong, that I hit something and it turned my radar. Doesn’t take a computer to tell them that. Got my tires rotated as well, wheel feels stiff, it pulls and now whenever I go up an incline driveway or over speed bumps there is a rattling or clunking noise from the rear, maybe the axle. Go get ripped off somewhere else, you won’t be disappointed avoiding this place.

They always keep the vehicle for over a week, my last visit the mechanics took liberty of using the paper towel roll I buy for my vehicle, after using half a roll without my permission, they left the dirty paper towel in my vehicle balled up. I will never return to this dealer.
