When I walked into the dealership they were kind and courteous. They answered all my questions about the RDX. The salesman took his time and went over the whole car and all the call systems too. The sales manager and salesman made it a good experience at the dealership. Thank you

I went to trade in my 2018 Honda CRV for a 2022 CRV at Piazza Honda of Reading. I was told I had to pay over $4,000 extra for a mandatory security package. Although I have had Hondas since 2002, I have purchased my last Honda.

Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer.
