Worst service experience I have ever had.
Worst service experience I have ever had. We usually deal with the BMW Dealers in Reno, Salt Lake or Las Vegas. The service and they way you are treated there are head and shoulders above this dealer. Paid 300.00 to clean the car of oil from a ruptured oil coiler and the car was covered in oil when I picked it up. Car was not even cleaned even though they had it over 2 months.

My wife and I traded in our Subaru and bought a Toyota
My wife and I traded in our Subaru and bought a Toyota Highlander...And when it was all said and done they ended up paying our Subaru loan but they did a short payoff and when I called they wouldn't take care of it...The bank even called them and still nothing..You would think they would call the bank to find out what the payoff amount would be...So much for my credit rating.... Poor Poor finance agent.

The service department performed a whole car inspection,
The service department performed a whole car inspection, four wheel alignment, and troubleshooting a battery issue. All the work was done perfectly and on time. Of particular note, they determined the battery was failing. Despite being out of warranty — the battery is two and a half years old — they didn't charge me for either the new battery or the diagnostic work. If you are looking to antagonize your customers, that is a very poor way of going about it.
