This car buying process was very easy and enjoyable; my sales person (Jon Williams) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive! He keep in contact with me but was not pushy or overbearing. All in all, I’d recommend Performance and Jon!

The run around
Worst dealership in Columbus. Don’t but from them unless you never have to go back to them for anything. They are nice until you sign on the dotted line, than are rude and give you the run around. I would call the dealership and said someone would call but never would. Worst experience for my daughter first car.

Customer service is a joke. They give you the run around...
Customer service is a joke. They give you the run around once you sign on the line. Went and picked my Jeep from service and it took them 30 mins to find it and was supposed to detailed but did a terrible job did not even take time to sweep in between seats. They are bigger talkers my advice is to get everything in writing.

Well I have called several times since Christmas Eve. I received zero call backs I have left messages with different employees to have my issues resolved but no actions taken until I arrived on the showroom demanding it get resolved. Now this is public you guys want to look good and resolve issues but secretly nobody at that dealership really cares about it customers.

Sales ad was completely misleading and not accurate....
Sales ad was completely misleading and not accurate. Bought Jeep site unseen because it was factory certified and only four years old. After speaking with three different salesman about my online application, each one never called back, I finally reached someone who said he would help me. After speaking with him, I told him I would pick the car up on Saturday (Thursday and Friday were Christmas and Christmas Eve). So he tells me, after I filled out all my financial stuff online that he wouldn't hold the car because they were still open for Christmas Eve. I even said I would put a deposit down and he further stated they don't take deposits on cars.. (Never heard that before). So I came in on Saturday morning ,at open, to get Jeep and started to discuss the vehicle. I asked where the soft top was so I didn't forget it. (Hard top was on it) comes back and says it doesn't have one.. (but ad says it does) Sorry, nothing I can do. So I decided to let it go bc I was getting a good deal. When I got home and went to go somewhere, I noticed there was no remote start (as advertised in ad) I called dealer and spoke with the sales rep about it and he said he would have his boss call me... Nope, no call. Then after that, I started to look at the ad and see what else was, possibly missing. Oh, the aftermarket security system is not there as well. Tell me how you can not read over your ads before publishing. That's like high school intelligence there. ( No disrespect)..

We've purchased quite a few vehicles over the years but this dealership and Austin were way above excellent from start to finish! Professional, friendly in every department. Horrible service department-no attention to detail
Worst customer service I have ever experienced-we will be taking our fleet to another dealership-they constantly lie about the status of vehicles and will never return a phone call-don't waste your time!

High charge for diagnosis, phone call not returned
I brought my Jeep in to get serviced for a couple of reasons... one of them being that the radio switches from Serius to Media by itself every time there is a Bluetooth in the car. Looks like I paid $130 for a diagnosis, when as far as I can tell, the problem was just that I needed an update. I called them 24 hours ago to see what all contributes to $130 bill for such a simple diagnosis. I spoke to a woman who took down all of my information. She said someone would call me back shortly. I gave them a day, still no call. Maybe there’s a simple explanation for it, I guess I’ll never know. Had I known it would cost me $130 to be told that I needed to pay for an update, I would have just skipped the service call altogether and continued to turn off my Bluetooth when I’m listening to serius. This just rubs me the wrong way. That being said, I really do love my jeep from Overland Park, KS.
