Found the truck of my dreams at Performance Auto
Purchased a 2000 Chevy K3500 from Performance Auto from out of state.(Arkansas).Transaction went smoothly and the truck was everything I was hoping for.I do wish that they had topped off the fluids and put a bit of gas in the truck prior to shipping.Otherwise I am pleased and would do business with Performance Auto again.
Horrible Response Time
I have been trying to contact them for weeks now...No response their numbers keep changing and I do not want to drive 3 hours just to find out if they are open or not...

Excellent service
I went there because they had my dream SUV. A 2013 Infinity QX56, All black with tan interior, and wood grain. Luxury at it's finest. Out of all of the trucks I searched for online their QX56 was in the best condition plus under 100,000 miles. Eric took care of me and even when the finance company was giving him a hard way to go, he still kept making phone calls. He told me not to worry about it. He promised me that I would be leaving with my Infinity and he was right. Two hours later I drove away with my truck. The whole staff there are all nice people. I recommend them to everyone that is ready to finance a vehicle.

Most dishonest used car dealer I have ever dealt with. Repairs they say were completed were not. They are good at hiding problems with a car that don’t show up until it’s too late.

Shopping for a Used Car
Bryan was awesome to work with from start to finish. I was trading in my Subaru for something a bit bigger and newer, and he lead me to the perfect find. He was never pushy, was incredibly fair, and the whole deal was done very fast and efficiently. Great service and great people.
Bought my first car.
They treated me more than fairly. They let me drive a couple of cars. Then I found the one I wanted and it had new tires. Theu recharged the a/c and they ordered a part for my door.

Tim the owner gets quality cars and will fix or back up any purchase with any make. Granted he loves Subarus and European cars but gets all kinds of automobiles at his lot. Great buying Experience!
I bought my car sight un seen from Bryon which I have never done before. He was genuine and honest ! He really went the extra mile for me living 150 miles away . He sent me a video of the car and had numerous conversations about my purchase. Upon arrival of seeing it , it was exactly had he described its d in perfect condition!
