I have purchased 2 Kia Sportage from this dealership. I have always received excellent service. When I take my vehicle in to have it serviced everyone is very nice and accommodating. Adrian was the last service person who checked my in and he could not have been any nicer. He kept me informed on the status of my service and escorted me to my very clean car afterwards.

Very Unhappy Eperiance

My granddaughter is 17 and saw a Kia K5 advertised for 26,323 dollars and wanted the car badly. So we went to Peltier Kia and talked to Brock who was very nice and we agreed on a trade in price for her car and got everything approved. Got the financing all done but didn't get a copy of the paperwork. I didn't think about it at the time but but later the next day I went by and got a copy of the financing paperwork only to find that we were charged a little over 29,000 for a car that was advertised for 26,000. and it was a loner which had close to 5000 miles on it. Complained to the manager ,Josh but could get no satisfaction at all.Thinking about suing for false advertising.

I was extremely happy with everyone at Peltier KIA in Tyler Texas. Kyle, Adrian and Josh (the boss) were all outstanding. i will continue to take my 2020 K900 for any and all work to my car in the future. One of the reasons for all the attention I was getting was this was the first time a K900 had been seen in Tyler Texas. Black 2020 K900 with all the luxury items available. Having said so I believe I still would have received the same attention if I had been driving any car. The people were great.

I was looking to purchase a 2021 Kia Seltos EX for my widowed mother. I found one online at Peltier Kia. After speaking with the sales representative, I agreed to put a $3,000.00 deposit down as I live 4.5 hours away and would not be able to pick it up until the weekend after the upcoming weekend (11 days away). They ran my credit, agreed to the terms that was originally offered, and requested a copy of my Drivers License and current Proof of Insurance. I submitted everything requested and did not receive a response so the following day I reached out to the sales rep, who was a kind, helpful, and polite young man. He stated that his Sales Manager and General Manager would not allow him to hold the requested vehicle even with a deposit. I asked to speak with them and he agreed to have them call me. I first spoke with the Sales Manager who as I explained the situation seemed to understand why I couldn’t pick it up today due to the distance, but was willing to put down a deposit. In the background, I heard a man’s voice tell the Sales Manager to transfer me to him which he complied. The man who came on the phone identified himself as the General Manager at Peltier Kia. I am blown away that this man has been given any position of authority. He blatantly told me that he didn’t need to have customer service because I lived 4.5 hours away and would never do business with them again and I would have been “stealing” the vehicle from them. I am still in disbelief that this man is in charge of this business. I would never recommend this business due to this man’s rude, unprofessional behavior.

My care salesman was Hunter Mapes. A great guy. Worked cery hard to make sure i was taken care of. Even called the next day and emailed me to make sure i understood and liked the car. I bought a used car from them but would recommend them for a new or used car. Great people up there
