Well, after reading all the reviews, I won't be taking that 2 hour drive to try to get that bmw. Being a x-car salesman, I know how important reviews are and they just lost my business before they even met me

Parry Auto Sales is a Fraud in my opinion

In my opinion, Parry Auto Sales is a fraud. Bought a car from there that had a check engine light warning before I bought it. They assured me the issue was minor and would be resolved. To my detriment believed them and bought the car. The check engine light came on within a few weeks, they had a "mechanic" working out of his 1980s Ford pickup look at it, but they do no more. In addition the brakes are nearly gone on the rear wheels and 3 of the 4 tires need to be replaced. They didn't even rinse the dust off the car when I went to pick it up. My advice, stay far away from Perry Auto Sales in Garland!!!!!!

Went to look at a 2018 Kia Optima. First the battery was dead. Front tires were completely worn. The car had No oil. The dipstick was completely dry. The front disc were not smooth, had deep ridges in them and they wanted $15,000. When questioned on the oil, the man said "oh it's only 2 quarts low" 🤦‍♀️ No thank you!

Bought car a month ago. Already WARNING LIGHTS ON 3 DIFFERENT TIMES; MECHANIC BILLS OVER $700.00.NOT INCLUDING SIDE MARKER LIGHT THAT WENT OUT THE FIRST I GO IT.

I came here buy a Dodge Ram Truck to tow something back to California. I spoke extensively to the sales person, and he did tell me in advance that there was a check engine light for a fuel sensor failure, and that it was odd since they changed the fuel pump and that should have fixed it. Said something about reprogramming at the dealer to get rid of the light. That should have been a red flag. I asked if they have the title and he said yes. After I decided to buy the truck, I asked to see the title and was told it was offsite and would be mailed out on Mon (2 days later). 5 days later I am in California and ask if the title has been mailed out and I am told they don't have it they are waiting for the auction house to send it. 2 weeks later same story so I tell them to call the auction house, after which i am told they do not have it and the original seller has it. In the end I finally get the title about 6 weeks later, when in fact a dealer should not sell a car unless they have the title in hand. I wish that's all I had to say. The car has a bad oil pressure sensor, and the fuel pump was never changed both of which are showing a check engine light. They did reset the oil change timer, but did not change the oil. The upper control arm ball joints are bad and have to be replaced. There is a misfire on a cylinder and after taking it to the dodge dealer they confirmed one of the lifters is worn and the engine needs to be opened up to fix it. Bought the car for almost $10k, and it will cost about $5-6k to fix these issues before I can even get it smogged to register it. None of which were declared by them. I was in a hurry, and had not bought a used car in decades so I was a little foolhardy in thinking a dealer would take more care in disclosing issues. Certainly not this one. Oh well lesson learned.

Don't bother talking to chat unless you want til give them your life story and all your unnecessary info just to ask a simple question. If that's the way the chat is run I can imagine how the dealership is.
