I brought my vehicle in after hours for a recall. In advance of my visit, I was advised the parts were in and my appointment was confirmed. Once complete, I received a personal phone call advising me I could pick it up.

I have only used Parson's for the care of this vehicle since I have owned it. I had the car towed there for service. The diagnosis was made and the repairs were made. The car runs well and i am pleased.

Here is another review, because K.P. Ford does nothing but lie!!!! So again, I have a 2016 ford fusion, bought it brand new and have had nothing but trouble with it since day 1. Literally everything under the hood has been replaced, including the engine, and now it has been in the shop 3 times for the transmission. Of course, they drive it and say there is nothing wrong, we get it back and guess what, it breaks down. I have been told my FRED PARSONS AND GARY O'NEAL that things would be taken care of, they were talking with the corporate office, they say they want to make things right and they haven't done anything. They have gotten to the point where they wont even return phone calls. Messages have been left for FRED AND HEATHER (corp. office) and no response!!!! I recommend that you dont do business with them......you will be sorry if you do!!!!

Well let me say," I got a new Mech today. why, Is because my normal Mech was not there. I must say, Dan the new Mach I had was as good as Scoot when he work on my car. Very Happy with every thing that was done. My service writer always make sure things are done wright That is Kevin. Thank You Nick Sirico.

No problems during this visit. I had an appointment, and the Service Department was ready for my car when I arrived. Facilities were neat and tidy, and a waiting room was available with TV.
