Joe was great! I was having trouble deciding on purchasing a Civic or an Accord. He overheard me and offered his opinion. Joe was not the direct sales person I was working with, but he took the time to help me make an informed decision. I asked to speak with the General Manager, Mike and advised him that Joe was very helpful. Joe is very personable and I highly recommend anyone speak with him in their decision making.

My 20-year old Honda Accord, which had been with me since ‘03 and supported me through it all, finally started to falter and as much as it hurt, I started shopping for a new vehicle. I knew it was only going to be a Honda and I didn’t want to see anything else, so stick to your wishes, people. Honda is simply better than all the rest. Sergio helped me when I was waiting for a different salesperson and ended up being my salesman, which I appreciated. He kept in touch with me and reminded me of things to be done. Although it’s been a very long time since I needed a car and I was very much confused about all the process and wordings, he helped me through it. Parkway Honda should be proud!

Positive experience with Harley when I dropped off my

Positive experience with Harley when I dropped off my Pilot for the 3rd time for warranty work. Called for 5 hours and left 4 messages just to see if my car was ready. Finally called the manager and he never got on the phone but had someone else let me k know my car was ready. Hadn’t driven more than a couple hundred yards and the trouble light came on again. These people are totally incompetent. Avoid this place
