Advertised car smelled like ash tray & bald tires
My wife and I drove down last week from DFW to look at their car on sale. The price was under valued for miles and it looked nice on pics. Through conversations and videos shot from young sales guy, never was it mentioned the person that owned it before was a chain smoker. The smell hit us like a ton of bricks. The young nice kid trying to sell Jeep said he had just gotten over COVID and lost sense of smell. The “75-80% left on back tires” comment was comical since they were literally bald. But hey, the bands were not coming through. Anyway, please be careful making a long journey out there since our experience was a major waste of a Saturday.
Oil change/tire rotation
Fast. Friendly. Pleasant experience. In on time. Out quickly.

Making an appointment is a useless waste of everyone’s time. Arrived at my appointment time and watched them move my vehicle to the parking lot for 2 hours before they even started. Thought it was a rare occurrence but here I sit 9 HOURS AFTER DROPPING IT OFF TODAY and it is still not ready. I drove by 5 hours after I dropped it and it hadn’t been moved from where I left it. Why even have appointments?

PARIS GMC IS NOW THE ONLY DEALERSHIP WE BUY FROM. So, we always buy GMC brands. My wife’s dad retired from GM and growing up my family always preferred the General Motors lines. Regardless of brand, dealerships are hit and miss and more miss than hit. We live in the DFW metroplex and have not had good dealership experiences here. There are a few that we’ve found to be super shady and will never do business with again. After hopping from a disappointing experience time after time we made the hour and a half drive north to Paris Chevy GMC. PARIS CHEVY GMC EARNED OUR BUSINESS FOR LIFE. First, we’re not hard to please. Our expectations, be honest and do what you say you will. Simple right? These guys were impressive from the time my salesman Aaron picked up the phone I could tell that the corporate culture there was different. They were all friendly, helpful and honest and their service after the sale was the icing on the cake. Both the finance guy and my salesman attributed the positive culture to the owner. FYI, I almost never write reviews. The experience has to be the worst ever or best ever for a long winded post like this. BEST EVER!!!! Myself and all my family will be doing business there every time we need a vehicle. If you’re reading this, you should too. If I went into specifics this would be way too long. See for yourself. You’ll see what I’m talking about.

Very friendly and fast service. He was knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we drove onto the lot until we drove away with our new Sierra.

All employees are very friendly and willing to help. I had a reasonably short wait. Very accommodating. Thank you all. I purchased my car 5 years ago. It is still doing well.

After doing my research, I went to the dealership closest to me whichever is Paris Chevrolet. Driving on the lot, before Imhad a chance to look, I was chased down by a salesman. The salesman knew more about what vehicle I needed than I did. He tried to talk me into something instead of letting me look awhile and then answer my questions. a new vehicle is a major purchase that I want to make sure is what I need, instead of being talked into the one the sales guy wanted to sell. I left and kept looking. Skip this dealership when looking for a vehicle and go somewhere else. I did buy a new vehicle, but not from Paris Chevrolet. I planned to buy there, but the sales guy was too pushy.

My mom is 74 and knew exactly what she wanted and Aaron McMikel was a big help with her selection. He was super friendly and easy to deal with and made it extremely easy on my mom who is disabled. This is what a salesman should he like. The process from start to finish was flawless. Paris Chevrolet outdoes Ford 100% in my book.

We’ve purchased several new vehicles there and always had a good experience. I like the free oil changes for the life of the vehicle as owner’s
