Buyer Beware

Do not expect any help from these people whatsoever. If you buy from them, DO NOT let them railroad you into a vehicle you don't want. I was stupid, don't be me. They sold me a base version off the lot, telling me that it would be great and was no different from the next model up, which was not true at all, they just wanted to unload the base version in time for the next model year. I should have been way more assertive. This was even after I submitted a build-and-price for what I wanted online. Three days after I purchased the awful thing, they refused to even discuss an upgrade for any amount of money. BTW I paid cash. It was a terrible experience.

Loyalty Just Not There

Purchased 7 cars there over 20 years and they wanted to charge us $500 to turn in an under mileage lease vehicle. Was lied to about the vehicle to begin with on the model but took delivery anyhow. Will not return to Bob Page for any more vehicles as they lost our business.

Carmon is very knowledgeable sales agent.Worked with me on the price.Very courteous and Idid not feel pressured in purchasing/leasing. Dominica was upfront with the options of leasing prices.

We went to Page Toyota to check for new cars since my lease was expiring. Didn't expect to get the car right then and there, but the service was very good, our sales person did everything for us! All we had to do was wait and fill up some forms, and that was it. Completely hassle-free! The staff were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. All in all it was excellent doing business with them.

My First Car!!

My experience of getting my first car was awesome. I only had $1000 in my pocket and Mr. Carmon Russell was a big help with my first purchase. He mentioned the 2 Year Car Service that Toyota provides and how long lasting Toyota automobiles are. As a young man with his first purchase, Mr. Carmon provided valid information about the company and gave me great advise on car responsibilities. Not only did he help me, but we both engaged into a friendly conversation, and turns out, he?s a pretty determined and wise man. The process was very easy and I couldn?t wait to have those keys in the palm of my hand. Carmon did indeed made sure this moment was memorable.

Shockingly poor experience; extremely rude manager

I live over an hour from this dealership, so I spent quite a bit of time dealing with a salesman over the phone while explaining exactly what I would (and would not) consider in terms of a purchase and my trade-in value. I revealed all of the issues over the phone and even sent 17 high-res photos of the vehicle which showed every flaw in great detail. My trade-in was old, so I wanted to be sure they knew exactly what condition it was in. I no more wanted to waste the dealership's time than I wanted them to waste my own. With that information, I told them what my bottom line price was for my trade-in and also made clear that I was not interested in a "low-ball" offer. I was assured that, while they understandably couldn't guarantee a trade offer without seeing the vehicle, they would be able to get to my minimum, or at least very close. So, I drove over an hour to the dealership and let them take my car for a "test drive" and inspection. The offer I was given was insultingly low and nowhere near what I told them - up front - was well below what was worth my time. To top everything off, the sales manager became aggressively rude when I took my keys back and left. This dealership is obviously more interested in playing the classic "used car sales" games and not at all interested in customer service or honesty. I will never consider this dealer again and highly recommend avoiding them.

I had the most wonderful experience leasing a car from Colleen Paige at Page Toyota. She is the most knowledgeable, friendly, and fair person I have ever had the pleasure of leasing a car from. The manager, Jason Dunsmore, helped me considerably as well. You cannot find better people to lease a car from.
