When you think about buying or servicing a vehicle, many things need to be considered. In my book the most important consideration is "trustworthiness". Owatonna Motor Co. sets the standard in this area and it is truly a reflection of the culture of the dealership and the great effort the employees make towards each and every customer. I have purchased two vehicles at Owatonna Ford and have always been happy with the buying process. People are always around to help you but they aren't bothering you if you are just looking. I have always had my service done there too and have never had a problem. I love that they added two quick lube lanes so I can get my oil changed any time. I prefer to deal with a smaller town dealer. That's what you get with Owatonna Ford.
Excellent dealership all-around
They had a great selection of the type of vehicles I was interested in (full size trucks). The salesman (Keith Leonardo) had answers to any questions I asked, but didn't pressure me to buy or go overboard convincing me how great the vehicle was- a most excellent balance between knowledge & pushy! When I narrowed down to THE ONE truck I wanted, no one tried to sell me a more expensive one, or sway me to a cheaper one when I was debating if I wanted to spend that amount of money. And finally, on the day I was to pick it up, I learned of a better financing deal I was eligible for through my credit union & told them I still intended to buy the truck but might take a day to get the loan worked out, their finance people asked about the rate ( a Veteran's Day loan special), asked for a minute, and then got me a rate even better than that (by a bunch).
Used Car Purchase
Worked with both Chris Yearling and Greg Higgins on the purchase of a used vehicle from Owatonna Motor Company. Nice job all the way around. I appreciate their help and got everything done promptly. Chris and Greg are very personable and easy to work with in the process of buying a vehicle.
Soldier's Best Coming Home Present
Keith is amazing to work with! With my busy schedule of school, a kiddo, work, and also the biggest factor my husband deployed in Afghanistan it was super hard to get in and look at a vehicle! It's not the closest dealership for us however, due to service, compassion, and overall experience we will stick with Owatonna Ford. Compared to another Ford dealership Keith took the time out to find the one we want, price it right, asked on our personal life as discounts!!!, then also laid out our price range! Thank you so much for our new fusion as we leased our first fusion last year before my husband left and it was such an easy process! Thank you again and Keep up the great work!!!!

Great place to buy a car!
I had bought my 1st car from Owatonna Ford in 2000 and though I did look many other places, they still had the best deal on the car I wanted this last year so I bought from them again. It's these types of quality customer service businesses that stick around awhile because we all love this type of service. Thanks to Keith particulary for helping us out with our purchase. Helpful and accommodating
The dealership was very helpful with the phone inquiring about the vehicle and returning calls. They were able to answer all my questions about the car. We drove 3 hrs to look at the vehicle and purchase it. They then drove it half way to deliver it to us a few days later. Very friendly staff.
