Shaquille was hands down the worse sales man I have ever met. Was extremely disrespectful from the start. This company had sent me a letter to help me through a bankruptcy and get into a new car. So I took the leap and made my way into the dealership. Embarrassing as it is, walking in with a little down payment and having a bankruptcy this man didn’t help the situation. As soon as I mentioned bankruptcy his attitude changed. He didn’t care about the sale anymore. We took a test drive and he was on his phone the entire time, not responsive to questions being asked, not informative of where to go but then would be at times. He was very unprofessional at all times. After he continued to have an attitude with me and going over numbers he kept referring to me as buddy, and he wasn’t being a “buddy” at all. This entire time having his attention on his phone and not on the sale. I had told him that I was approved at another location with a lower rate and I was going to pass on his offer, he had the nerve to say “you don’t have an offer, have you seen your credit, your lucky your even getting this deal”. When indeed I did have another deal set up with lower rates than he offered. Let alone what sales man would ever say this to a customer, especially when your company insist on helping out someone clearly in need. This man clearly needs to go back to sales training 101. I hope this man looses his job, that’s how terrible this experience was.

These people have been nothing less than sensational. They really take care of you and go the extra mile. Just bought a 2018 toyata 4 runner. Jeffery was awesome. Straight shooter and he displayed the highest level of professionalism

Could not have had a better experience dealing with mr. Tommie Mitchell. He was clear and concise and made me feel completely comfortable which in my past dealings with others did not happen. Would definitely do dealings with Mr Mitchell again. Thank you very much.

I took my 2018 Sierra 2500 in for standard oil, tire rotation, etc. service on 4/13/21. Was told by Paul it would take about an hour an a half..(fine) After around an hour, he said I was ready to go didn't need a tire rotation due to low tread..(fine) Paid my bill and left but about a mile down the road, i decided to go through the GMC diagnostic to make sure all was good. The first thing I came to was gas filter was at 0%. Turned around and Paul said that they missed it because it probably JUST POPPED ON (BS) I informed him that was BS and he knew it. Someone didn't do their job and he was trying to blow smoke up (MY A.) to cover for it. I had to wait another hour and charged an additional $155.71 and was pissed! Probably wouldn't have been as bad if he hadn't tried to BS me and the fact that I'd previously had to return multiple times for them to address the engine block recall. Good customer service means be honest with the customers! I may not like what you say but at least I feel like I can trust you! Cannot wait until i get the survey on Invoice number GCCS21291/GCCS21295.

I’ve been going to O’Meara GMC (formerly Grand GMC) since 1994. I recently went in for an oil change. Tommy sat down and we started talking. A week later I was in my new Acadia. Tommy, all the managers, and finance people I worked with were all extremely friendly and helpful. I’m 100% happy and satisfied with my new Acadia, the deal I received, and experience of buying my new vehicle there.
