Westmore Lincoln dealership does a great job in customer service. When my last repair was to take over 4 hrs., they gave me a loaner car so my days activities were only minimally affected. Thanks.

Westmont Lincoln service facility
I was promised a loaner car upon arrival then found out they didn't have one and they basically said thats the way it is. I told them I had plans for the day and had to get them done and i couldn't sit there for 4 hours After the service rep talked to the manager they offered to take me to a rental company and drip me off and they would pay for the rental. I waited 45 minutes for the rental, they made me leave a deposit of 50.00 and I was not refunded the money. They said it was for tax and service. Finally they offered to give me 25.00 which lincoln should've covered Very aggravating experience!
