Cars on the lot
Don't do it.
Drove an hour to see a car that wasn't driveable after I called and made an appointment for that specific car. They didn't tell me until I was there already. They're overpriced as well.
Don't waste your time!
I drove over 2 hours just to find out that the car I was gonna buy had a bad transmission, Becareful ppl... They should write what is wrong also tho at least we know and save some time...
SCAM SCAM SCAM.FRAUDSTERS can't describe my experience today, They advertise cars that don't exist or are condemned (not driveable) just to get you in the door and then try to convince you to finance...
beware scam !!!
they post cars just to get people to come in and try to sell them a different car went to go see the 2015 blue benz c300 for 12k they said the car was there when i called then i showed up and was told the car is a lemon and motor and trans blown but they are still trying to sell as a mechanic special after not being truthfull on the ads they post on craigslist and cars.com BEWARE !!!!
Complete scam artists. Do not attempt. I flew to NY because they advertised a Merc Benz CLA, when I arrived the salesperson took me to the backyard. He says the car has been in disrepair for 2 years. This is after they said its in good condition. I asked the guy behind the counter, and he just turned and said, "That car is a mechanic car".
Dealer Flat out lied over the phone
Words are not enough to descibe the shady ness of this Dealership. They post a car on on cars.com. I reach out to them and they say the car is available. I call to confirm the car is available. They say yes. I show up to the dealership they say the car is not available it’s a lemon and then procluded to to show me other cars. Dishonest practice to get you in the door.
Great Customer Service
I had a great experience with Dean assisting me in finding the perfect vehicle and William who negotiated the deal. The process was long but well worth it. I rolled out with a Chevy Suburban and couldn’t be happier. I went in for a truck for myself and my daughter left out with one as well. William did a great job on getting us two cars.
Make a complaint to better business bureau
Unethical business, they lure you in telling you a car is good and no problems. When you arrive you find out the car doesn’t even drive. This business has no transparency, I drove an hour to arrive here. I even triple asked them about the car if it was good and had no problems. Nothing was brought up. This business clearly uses tactics to lure you in so once your here you end up looking at their other cars. Please don’t come buy a car from here. They told me I can schedule a test drive…. a test drive for what exactly??? The air?
Complete scam artists. They’re probably still showing a 2010 Hyundai Santa age for $4399 with 98k miles. You call, they say you must have an appointment. You get there. “That car is no longer available.” Call them back—same drill—yes it’s available—schedule an appointment. I put the appointment guy on speaker right at the dealership. The manager said “I’m not confirming anything. Yeah it’s complete bulllxxxx. Now get out.”
