Horrible customer service. Drove two hours to see a specific vehicle after talking with the staff that it’s a reliable vehicle to find out that the whole vehicle front end was damaged and the transmission is out of the vehicle. Then they had the never to try to sell me another vehicle. Don’t waste your money.

sounds like a scammer, the guy who I spoke with when I'm trying to buy the CADILLAC ESCALADE keeps on saying as we speak papers are being process, then one of my buddy saw the truck 3 days after I spoke with them, got the same response "as we speak they are already being paid the best thing to do is come here so you can choose from a lot of different cars, we don't accept payment online or thru phone", really? Not all buyers are from New York. That post should be taken out of the website, its misleading.

The receptionist was very rude he had no interest in trying to help me find a vehicle almost as if he was annoyed at having a potential buyer I was insulted and Disgusted

Really? They post their garbage vehicles with a low price to get ppl to show up there. I drove 6 hours to get there and found out. They dont have anything under 10k. They dont answer the phones or questions. Complete crap i wish they would get shut down. They didnt even try to talk to me while i walked around their parking lot. Waste of time

Walk in today to buy a car I saw on carguru and was paying cash. The dude sitting next to the door pretty much told me "I can't buy car anything less than $14,000 unless I am a mechanic." They only sell the the 5k cars to mechanics only, and that I literally "can't buy cars from them unless I am financing through them." He was willing to work with me for low monthly payment >(. Seriously, if you're a dealership, it shouldn't matter if a customer pays cash or finance! CASH buyers aren't welcome here!

Inquired about a car and no one has ever gotten back with a answer as to my question.

I do not recommend this dealer customer service is the worst and also must of the car that are in the app are not available no more.

False advertisement. I made an appointment to see a certain vehicle that the person said was available to look at.when I got there the person who wanted to show me around told me that they only sell vehicles advertised in their inventory to machanics. They straight up lied to me on the phone. The person also tried to sell me something that was double my budget and he tried to make me refinance. when I told him that I am not refinancing and I was wanted to see the other vehicles they are showing in their inventory with my budget on their Website the guy literally told me all of those vehicles are for machanics only. I wouldn't do business with them and don't bother going, they are frauds.
