Hi there It was a nice experience to use this website
Hi there It was a nice experience to use this website I really like it I was searching for a car that not expensive and useful, and really I get a 3 good choices. But I didn’t buy because I left the country. So really recommend this website. Thanks
They are scammers.
They are scammers. They will tell you a car is there, set up an appointment and test drive then when you get there all of a sudden the car isn’t there anymore and they try to convince you to finance a more expensive car. The cars the have listed online are not even on the lot. Then anything that costs less than 11,000 they tell you that it’s a mechanic’s special and there is something wrong with the transmission and they cannot sell it to you. The question is why is it listed then?.. terrible experience, would not suggest this dealership !
Scammers
This place is a freaking scam!!! I contacted them about a lot of their cars I saw on Cars.com they asked me where I’m coming from and is my license out of state I answered i live NJ they hung up I called back from my sister phone a nicer person said he can’t answer my questions it was rude but at least he said it politely so my mind wasn’t at rest to know why you needed to know where im coming from so I called again another rude person asked the same questions the day before so I said NY and I was on hold for 40 minutes on purpose because I needed to know why was this happening so I could alarm other people about scammers so basically they cant sell their cars to people if they don’t live in NY that’s all they could come up with after I sat on the phone for that long and also they’re using the same cars to will people in to look at cars that need extensive work and tell you they have a mechanic if your interested I’ve never seen this type of stuff before good look people
Irresponsible seller!
Left message after message and no response! Puts up “phantom” cars so people would reach out and still no response! Makes cars.com look bad! Stay far away and go to a reputable dealer or seller! Bad news!
False advertising
2014 white pathfinder Platinum being advertised. I was told vehicle was there for over 3 weeks.I told Salesman I would be there and was given an appointment coming from long Island. I got there and was told that vehicle is not here. It has engine problems and is for salvage. The vehicle is still being advertised as come take a test drive. Be cautious of companies that do this just to get you down to their location. They start off with a lie. I asked the salesman to remove that false advertising. He said system hasn't been updated yet. Sad
Bait and switch is what they do
Nothing makes you feel dumber than reading all the bad reviews and somehow convincing yourself that it won’t happen to you, which of course is what happens. I emailed them about a car I was interested in, I called them before I left and was assured that the car was there and available for a test drive. When I got there, there was no car and never had been according to the salesman. I showed him the email and surprise surprise he was able to find the car but it had been sold. There is no 2002 CR-V if that is the car you are looking for and regardless of the car you pick, it won’t be there, save yourself a trip and just buy somewhere else.
I have called multiple times no one picks up the phone
I have called multiple times no one picks up the phone and no one can tell me what part of Brooklyn is located at and I'm not talkin about the address I'm talkin about what part of Brooklyn, as well no one calls back.
This dealership is a JOKE.
This dealership is a JOKE. Never in my life have I heard of a dealership that REFUSES to speak to customers over the phone. Yes, REFUSES. The person that contacts you is a random person who is NOT at the dealership, and cannot answer ANY questions, the only thing they can do is make an appointment for you. ANY AND ALLLLLLLLL QUESTIONS you may have must be ASKED IN PERSON. I expressed I live 2 hours away and have never heard of such a thing that you can only communicate with a dealership after making an appointment … (I also work in a dealership but in NJ) and the man on the phone MOCKED ME and said that ALL DEALERSHIPS work like this, “standard” is what he called it. Can you imagine? No information, nothing just drive 2 hours to SPEAK / ASK any questions and “hope” for the best…. Waste of time. I can only imagine having actually bought a vehicle here and having to call back to ask a question or check on the status of plates / registration and being told “You have to drive here to speak to someone” … a COMPLETE JOKE. Don’t waste your time, there are many other dealerships, save your breath / patience and go somewhere else.
Cannot get ahold of anyone.
Cannot get ahold of anyone. No one responses. Voicemail is full or the two different phone numbers that were provided, do not work. Awful customer service
