My daughter bought a Mercedes suv, great looking car. Easy to work with sales people, great price on her trade in. Very low hassle, and they don't pester you constantly if you call. If you want the car you will come back, no need to hound you with games. Ask for Sam, he will do you right.

Horrible place to purchase a car! They lied and told me that I was getting a reliable vehicle for my teenage daughter, but within the first 2 days, the check engine light came on. Took it to NTX and they kept lying about fixing the problem and then when I complained that the car was still running horrible, Moses advised me to use the warranty! Check this out…..the warranty doesn’t even cover the bad intake manifold on the car! How could they even sell a lemon with a bad intake manifold to begin with??!! Do not buy a vehicle from them, because they are liars and scammers!! I’m letting everyone know to stay away from them!

The absolute worst company!! They sale you vehicles that still need work and lie about when it will be ready after your purchase. After that the deal fell through the bank, which can happen, the manager then decided to keep my down payment!! The cops were called and unfortunately this is a civil matter. There are snakes in the car industry and this company is one of them.

The absurdity to think that you are going to be treated fairly at NTX AUTO Farmer's Brance is totally ridiculous! I was led o believe that I was approved for a 2012 GMC Yukon, paid half the down payment, afterward being told "I was not approved!" The salesperson name Lee made up number filled out the application to get it approved! Knowing that it wasn't going to be approved, however, telling me that it was approved! I paid $750.00 only to be told "we are going to keep your down payment, "because we took the SUV offline for a day!" But it was you who told me that I was approved! Please don't go to NTX Farmer's Brance to purchase a vehicle!

Bout an 07 S550 from here a couple months back. Car still runs like a champ and they've followed up a few times to make sure I'm happy with my experience. Can't recommend them enough!
