Terrible. I'd have to agree with the rest if the reviews. Called and tried pitching me on other cars after verifying it was available. They hung up on me right after finding out that I would not be able to drive it. I called back and was hung up on again. I can only assume that the vehicle posted was not available and they saw no need in wasting any more of their time. They did have my name an phone number, so they did have an opportunity to call me back. At some point, after so many negative reviews, Cars.com should start to be held accountable for continuing to do business with companies like this. Please help clean this up or else your users will stop using you.

Every negative review is true! From the shifty pricing to the nasty finance manager(he should be fired immediately). Please, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.

I called this place like 3 times and you can’t talk to a salesperson. Each time I was told someone would call me back. Never happened…..just a text. I saw the down payment small print ($2995). It is hilarious how they have time to answer all of the bad reviews! Here’s an idea….try giving good customer service…instead of playing the same ole shady car sales games! Buyer Beware. You’ve been warned! Gave them a one because Zero isn’t an option.

Buyers Beware: DISHONEST AND DISHONORABLE

Hideous and awful experience. From start to finish the entire operation was disgusting, especially the Finance manager. The fine print is even worded incorrectly. The price of the car you see online IS NOT the price of the car! Fine print reads $2995 down payment. A down payment is off the price of the car not added to the price of something. Then a $1995 "detailing" fee. Every single car listed online is $5k less than the real price. Then comes the kicker. If you don't buy their extended warranty, the car is not guaranteed to be yours. This is where they make all their money, off the extended warranty. Add another almost 5-6k to the deal. To top it all off , when they were called out on it, they were flat out rude and nasty. Said they had to do what was best for their business. Made no efforts to discuss further. In fact, it was so shady that before the conversation was over, they told me that the car was so popular that it had already been moved to another location. If I was supposed to be closing on the deal, why was the car being moved? Dishonest, and dishonorable is an understatement!

😡 everything starts and sounds good, then there is the extra, extra etc and you end up paying much more than you had agreed since the seller tries to get you to sign the large installments 😡

Bought vehicle on 12/4/21 using a trade in and til this day(3/1/22), it has not been paid off. The trade in bank is calling now to repo it, they are aware of the transaction, been waiting for payment and the dealership is not returning calls. Since the vehicle has been move from the dealership per different website listings, the bank is unable to locate the vehicle. The new bank is aware of this as well and taking action as the contract was based off the trade in.

Bought vehicle on 12/4/21 using a trade in and til this day(3/1/22), it has not been paid off. I made an appointment for 2pm and was outside for over 40 minutes waiting for someone to come outisde. I called th dealership and got transferred to a different representative 7 different times!!! Yet no one came outside. Woret place i have ever been to, when i tried complaing to the last person on the phone they hung up on me. Never coming here again.
