Excellent service. They were responsive from the day I walked in on January 25th or order my dream truck. They stayed in touch, answered questions when needed and delivered an amazing vehicle at the price promised. They negotiated a bit which I appreciated. It was seamless and went well. 3 months from order to delivery. Highly recommend this dealer. I will use them for all future purchases.

Took a little longer than I was told but no big deal. (I was told it would take an hour, it took 1 hr, 20 min.) it would have been nice if someone would have told me things were running a little long. No big deal though, nice job! Pleasant people! On a separate note, I am very annoyed by automated calls to extend my car/truack extended service warranties. Where did they get my number? I can only assume it came through the buying process through the dealer. This must be addressed! Please help! Thank you!

Experience at Northfield Automotive--MN
Easy to make an appointment when I called. Served immediately when I drove in-- on a Saturday. Always pleasant, comfortable place to wait in the lobby--quiet, could read, or take a walk outside if weather permitted. I was there for an oil change, and the service people checked more than that need, giving me a clear report of what might be needed next and about when I should have transmission fluid color checked, tire rotation etc. Always good to know that windshield washer and other fluids are full. Returning from my appointments at this dealership always gives me confidence in driving long distances, even in bad weather; that confidence means a lot.
Great Service
They were great! They made trading in my vehicle for a newer used car a pleasant experience. Edwin was very knowledgeable on the details of the Jeep I purchased. Everybody I worked with or ran into was kind. They also have a great atmosphere.

Ford Ranger purchase
I was treated with respect. My sales person answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Lots of items were not familiar to me. He took the time to either demonstrate them in the vehicle or as a virtual visual on the computer screen. I road tested several vehicles to give me a chance to experience first hand how a vehicle handled and to help me decide on the type of pickup thst would suit my needs. I was very satisfied with the service I received. My sales person was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I did not feel pressured or rushed in maki g my new purchase decision.

Last year I wanted an older SUV as a field car to replace my old SUV with 180,000 miles I was having trouble with. Due to the virus I had called and they had a Tahoe with what I believed had 140,000 miles. Mileage was not on the odometer and I when I got home was surprised to find it had over 200,000. Long story short, I ended up buying by old SUV back 3 day later for $776.25 (with trip miles on the odometer) and they also tried to cash the $4,086.16 I gave for the Tahoe. I have all the paperwork. Be careful buying anything here. Check the odometers and look over paper work carefully.
Great experience buying a Ram 1500
Wonderful staff. Was shown the truck in detail prior to the test drive. The salesperson was more interested in making sure the truck was the right fit for me than just trying to make a sale. When it came down to negotiating the price as well as value of my trade-in, they were honest, fair, and I walked away feeling like I got a great deal.
