Great sales experience with Eric Gonzalez
I had the pleasure of working with Eric Gonzalez. Eric was very professional, informative and helpful. He took his time in making sure I was able to get into a vehicle that I loved. If you're looking for a car I recommend you go see him as he will do everything in his power to let you leave a satisfied costumer.
Great shopping experience
We are extremely pleased with our experiences at Northeast Kia in White Plains. Our salesperson Alfinia Flanders, was knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt pressured to buy, but encouraged to take our time when selecting our vehicle. We would recommend this dealership and Ms. Flanders to our family and friends.
Grimy place run by sleazy people
This place is a classic sleazy dealership. Salesman accepted an offer I made, then waited until I came in to sign to say that they wouldn’t honor the offer. They added $3.5k to the price PLUS $2500 in fees. But only after I wasted my afternoon driving down to pick it up.
The sales person, Billy was excellent. However, I was very clear on what I wanted and the price range. After telling me they could make it happen, and having me there for four hours with kids.... James (the finance manager) meets with me and tacks on so many fees that couldn't be clearly explained including 3100 in advertising fees. Are you serious, you want the customer to pay for your advertisement.
This place had a lot of cars I must say. However we specifically came in for a Kia Sorento we saw advertised on their website that even had a video enplaning in detail about the vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle looked nothing like the one advertised. The vehicle had two broken side view mirrors, it was extra dirty and had engine problems. We were told this vehicle was not for sale and "the internet guy forgot to take this listing down." Mind you, this particular listing has been up for three weeks. Then they tried to sell us a car way above the price we were willing to pay but to compensate us, we were told they would "work with us". Don't waste your time going here. They, in my opinion get you there with false advertising and then try to up sale you. They are desperate for business and will use any means necessary to get you to come to the shop.
Went to purchase a use vehicle. Didn’t care for the vehicle we went to purchase as it was damaged. However we saw another vehicle. It was a great car but the back leather seats were I horrible condition. Was willing to bury because they agreed to lower the selling price. Sat down to do paper work and then all these fees started to be added. First the 1200 “ destination fee”. I asked what that was and my sales person kept saying that what we charge and all dealers charge it. So I asked again what is it. He didn’t know and kept trying to tell me it a few that added to all cars at every dealership. So we decide that we would. It purchase because by the time all the extra fees were going to be added the 15,000 car was now almost 20000 before taxes. I researched what a destination fee is Found out it’s a one time fee for new cars only when the car is transported from the manufacturer to the dealer ship. Oh and he did finally tell me it a fee for them to bring the car to me at the lot. I’m like the car is already here. You didn’t have to bring it to me. It been sitting in the back of your lot. He also could not explain the other fees as well. Scam. Scam. Scam!
Honest Sales Rep
I had a great experience at Northeast Kia. I had the pleasure of working with Reggie. In these difficult times, I was unable to go to multiple car dealerships to try and find a deal. Reggie was great to work with over email and text. He gave me a legitimate offer over text and followed through with the offer when I showed up to make the deal. Didn't just show me a flash rate to get me in the door then hit me with add on charges. Very happy with the outcome and will return to this location in the future.
Made app to see test drive car drove 30 min salesman knew nothing about car it was blocked parked in back lot 20 cars deep not ready for test drive then they tried to add on over $2k in dealer fee's .. STAY AWAY SCAM ARTISTS
Great sales staff
I tracked down a Telluride and did the entire buying process remotely. I thought I might get the b-team because I did not physically show up to the lot. But they connected me with Billy who provided exceptional service: 1) he was responsive at literally all hours of the day / night to provide updates and to make the buying process easier, 2) he fought for me when it came to getting a loan, 3) he took pictures of cars in the night and in the rain to give me the best possible sense of what I was buying. This was the most seamless car buying process I’ve had. Thank you Billy and team.
Waste of time and gas
I set up an appointment to test drive a car they advertised. I drove an hour and got to the dealership and was told by the salesman they didn’t have the car and tried to show me a different one. Don’t waste your time with this dealership.
