Bought a Honda Civic from the dealer with 87000 miles. Within the first week of owning the vehicle the ignition lock broke aka could not start the vehicle. And now not even 10,000 miles later, the head gasket blew, and the engine repeatedly misfired. I took it to a mechanic and they said “ya this thing has too many problems worth to fix. DO NOT BUY
No response at all
Zero response. Tried contacting them via cars.com and the dealer directly with no response in two weeks. Multiple attempts and nothing. Wouldn’t recommend them for anything.
Do not do business
Stereotypical used car sales man you hear all the bad things about - don't do business with. Went shopping there for a first used car for my son, he was along. We looked at a 1995 Toyota Corolla in fair condition agreed on a price and put $500 cash down. Nobody at this business was wearing a mask and I was very uncomfortable for my son. When the paperwork was finished I just wanted to get out of there, the only reason I completed the sale was the price. When I got home and studied the paperwork I saw that they had added $800 in processing fees to the price. That was on Saturday so I waited and called Monday. The answer I got was basically "tough luck" so I requested to cancel the contract. They said that was fine but they would be keeping my $500 so I said we would be down to pick up the vehicle; I was willing to cut my losses. He called back 5 minutes later and forbid me from his property and said that I would be removed by police. So they refuse to honor the contract and refuse to refund my deposit.
You threatened our staff. In order to protect our staff and customers we had to legally tell you to not come on our property. The fees you were complaining about were written in detail and explained when we collected your deposit for the vehicle. All customers are required to pay tax, title and license fees and we as a dealer have the right to charge documentary fees. These fees are set by the state and not able to be waived for anyone.

The workers/owners were very nice and definitely knowledgeable about Honda CR-vs but previous reviews regarding vehicles not being on the lot are correct. They may use random photos not taken on their lot to entice buyers to come down. Asked to have my mechanic look at the vehicle and was told it would be a $300 fee and THEY would take it there. Dodged basic questions about the mechanical condition with non-answers. Said the car was "certified" but through active questioning determined that their certification exists of a standard carfax check for flood, accidents etc. and making sure it passes inspection, nothing more. They say they have to charge more for this "certified" status but this is just basics for any reputable dealer. Very overpriced, found the same exact vehicle for $2,500 less elsewhere, similar condition, similar mileage.
