My experience was horrible they didn't wanna help me they said that they work with all kinds of Credit scores and they did it mine was 560 and they would not even help me so I was not happy with them I had a trade in also They didn't even try to work with me very disappointing

Got my car online and it was delivered in 3 days. Very pleased with this dealer.

The staff were very helpful. I did not want to buy new and they had the exact trucks I needed. I would recommend to anyone looking for reliable trucks without the spending top dollar for new.

Nothing but junk here. Every single vehicle is in very poor condition. Good luck getting help here also. I walked around and was never even spoken to. Even after standing in the doorway. Ridiculous!

Buy a van and paid Vehicles Licence Fee to this dealer. Personal check sent to DMV was insufficient. I can’t renew my registration due to bounce check received from this company. Talked to this company but they don’t want to help.

Brought a utility truck from this place. Paid full price told it was in great shape, perfect. Been nothing but a money pit. They don't change any fluids. Took a hose and sprayed out interior floor fried radio and heater modules. Being an out of state customer and only talking a sales guy word this truck is far from perfect. I had to arrange shipping asked Norco for the pick up slip provided by the shipping company to show what was currently damaged to cross check and make sure the shipping company did not dent the truck. I was told they did not give them one. The shipping company provided what they gave to them. The Utility body does not fit the truck and was hacked up to make it fit then welded back together and painted over to hide. Driver side bin doors broken and dented painted over to hide and make look good for pictures. Driver side doors on cab dented and scratched painted over to hide. Bumpers bent and painted over. Needless to say the utility box is junk they found and put on this truck to sell for more money. The ladder rack is not install correctly so it has cracked the metal on all four corners of the box. When truck arrived I sent over to our mechanic shop. Shocks oil change tranny flush, diff flush front and rear, fuel filters, modules and new radio screen along with heater box. $3k in repairs. When asked about the dents and damage Norco blamed the shipping company. Let me get this right they damaged the truck stopped somewhere between Cali and Colorado bought spray paint and touched up the whole truck. These guys are crooks and should not be able to be in car sales. I was told that they ordered new locks for the bins and they would be shipped straight to us. Ya haven't seen those goes with their word which means nothing. Needless to say if you going to buy a car or truck look else where and make sure you go look at it vs seeing pictures. If I had the time to fly out there and would have looked at this I would have not bought it. By the time I am able to put this truck out in my field to make money I would have spent $60k. Thought I would save some money and buy one complete I was wrong. This is what our world has come to dishonesty thanks Norco.

Went to look at a truck. Pictures rom website differ from actual truck. Parts were missing including tail gate. Leaking oil from truck and salesman stated that was normal for a truck with 137k miles. Needless to say we walked out.

I have bought 2 work trucks from this place and they were both good and reliable. The sales people were pretty good except for the second time around, he actually got frustrated when my wife started reading the contract before signing. The only issue I have is both times I purchased, the trucks gas tanks were on empty and they wouldn't put any gas in them for me. The second truck I bought, the tank was so empty that I was stressed leaving the place just hoping to make it to the gas station across the street.

I was looking for the zero star option but q will do. All trucks are broken down and they swap parts between trucks to get them running at least out of there parking lot then you will probably brake down . Owner sucks at customer service. Half of the trucks don't even star . Truck broke down the first day , they promised to fix it . After 6 times they just refused to do anything. The owner is the problem he sucks !!!
