They won’t cover it
The staff is great Chevy is a great vehicle, But when you buy a car from Nimnicht look it over very very good , once they have your money if you fine something wrong as in a dent or a paint issue they will not cover it it’s on you. I spent 65k on a truck didn’t see this but someone cover this spot on my hood up an also found a small dent in it , behind the cab. They will not cover it. So look your vehicle over very well before you buy it.

What I first that was a good experience ended up being a nightmare. I came in with a car only serviced by Chevy, excellent condition. Lasheena helped me find a car that I fell in love with. I gave her the information to my finance company to my first car that she was going to call on Monday (because it was the weekend and they were closed. I told her how much I owed on the car. To be safe, she added 4k additional to it on my current loan. On Monday she called and got the payout price which match what I stated plus a hundred or so. I was told by her that the check was being sent for the payoff. I called my old finance company to confirm the call and the amount, it was accurate. Fast forward a month later, the old finance company is calling for their payment. I told them that I no longer had the car and that it was traded in. I went back up to the dealership to see Lasheena again. She confirmed to me that the payment was sent. I called the finance company while at the dealership and ahe spoke to them again arguing that the payment was sent. She said that the finance people for the dealership was closed and that she would send me the tracking to the payment as proof. Days go by still no tracking information. I go up the dealership again and now she tells me that I gave her the incorrect finance company information and that the payment was sent back. I asked Lasheena if I gave her the wrong information, the how did my finance company confirm speaking with her? I reminded her that she apoke to them again in my presence. She stated that I have to pay a higher payput because of the missed payment for the month before and the interest. She told me that the dealership would cut me a check for the rest. The following week I called to speak to her about the payment and she stated that the finance company would have to cut me a check. While all of this is going on, the dealership had sold my old car, THAT I WAS STILL FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR! This hold situation took almost 3 months to get clear. She is a horrible at communication and taking responsibility. She had the nerve to call me by accident 4 months later asking me was I still interested in purchasing a car....horrible!

Luis Ortiz was great! This was the fastest car purchase I have ever made. He made sure everything was in place and it was such a smooth transaction. I bought a 2022 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss from him, and I love it! Also big thanks to Danny for hooking it up with running boards and tint, again, very fast service!
