"Financing available for any Credit Types" from your website. Put in credit app on vehicle they claim to have, My credit is average 628 score , Now they refuse to respond in any manner after I gave them all my information . I don't know what their malfunction is. Also as far as their A+ rating with the BBB " New Deal Pre Owned Autos BBB's information on this company is being updated, and no report is available at this time." so you should recheck that .I thought all the reviews on here were malcontent people . But I now assume they are real people xxxxx by this dishonest bunch of xxxxx This review wouldn't even be here if you just responded, denied or approved, treat people with respect

Stephen was great, I found the truck online. It has a couple of issues and he took care of me. He met me out in the lot as we walked up, and helped me all the way through.

Steven...the sales guy was really helpful. They allowed me to test drive several vehicles and there wasn't any pressure to buy. The vehicle we chose had to be jump started and the manager offered and did replace the battery without me asking. The facilities were better than I expected and I did not get any "creepy used car salesman vibes". I would return and buy another car if I have another need of a older used car.

Bad car lot

I got ripped off and over paid for a car and cant blame anyone but self. It could be worse. I could be dead. They do business with credit acceptance and that's the 1st sign it's a RIP off. Get in your mind that it's no warranty or 15 day dealership warranty. It's all a scam. They offer 50 dollar gas card if give good review which is another sign it's a scam. Plz if don't pay cash and don't know cars stay away from them. Also if you finace they try to set you up with some shandy warranty company that cost $1401 added to your total price of vehical without asking you 1st. PLZ BEWARE because my experience with them was a complete headache. Also adding. Get a oil and trans fluid done ASAP. They do very little to nothing to these cars.

Backed up the sale

Mike came through for me and my son. The 2002 Isuzu which we purchased actually broke down before my son could get onto the freeway after picking up the car. Mike brought it back, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the transmission with a rebuilt. Legally, he may not have had to do a thing, but he did the right thing, at no additional cost to us. This is hard-to-match honesty and service.

Worst car ever

I went in at the beginning of the month to purchase a car. I am currently in college and didn't want a hefty car loan so I decided to purchase used. I bought a car, whole process was simple and the guy that helped me was very professional and nice. I haven't even had the car for more than a month and it has already been in the shop three separate times, has been towed twice and the last time in the shop it was going to cost over 2000 in repairs. I haven't even had the car for a month and I already was having to put money into it. Luckily I decided to go to a real car dealership today and they helped me get out of the bad situation I was in and now I have a reliable car and I am happy that I will never have to see that terrible pt cruiser again

Lackluster interest by sales staff.

Stopped in to see a few vehicles. One was actually on the lot, one was stuck on the showroom floor due to broken door and the third was in maintenance for "something". Test drove the one I could. Price was okay but there was a lot of broken splash panels under the whole front end. They were very firm on price even with damage I noted. Every wheel had been curbed. Told sales person to call about the one in maintenance. Never got a call. NOT very impressed with the dealership at all.
