Jerry the Great
Jerry was fantastic. Not only did he show great customer service to us, but he was with us from the beginning to the end. So excited!

Jerry gave great service and was with us from start to finish. New deal auto is a place I’d recommend to family and friends. Thank you
Save time look else where
The customer service here is good, only wish the car that i purchased from them matched it! Couple days after purchasing my 2010 Malibu from them all sorts of problems came up. Locks not working, alignment is horrible and the car is wobbling if you go over 50 mph! I know i purchased a used car wasn't expecting anything more but honesty! The sales man took me on a test drive down the road and speed limit was 35 so didn't noticed off the bat! If you purchase a car from here take a family member are a friend that knows about cars are you will get screwed over like i did!
Selection
Went looking for an inexpensive used car. Had a very large selection of cars under $4000. I bought a 1997 Thunderbird and I was out the door for $2900.
Bought a Used Oldsmobile Alero. Very
Great experience here at New Deal. I had all my questions asked in a timely mater. Had good email communication between an employee and myself for a few days about a couple different cars. Overall, bought my Alero and Love it.
The cars they sell can kill you! Stay far away!!!
Buyer beware this dealership can kill you with the faulty cars they sell. My daughter a college student, and Navy reservist bought a 05 Hyundai Elantra a WEEK ago. She drove down from Phoenix to Tucson for Christmas; on the way home the rear axle BROKE on the car. She managed to control the car enough that she didn’t hit anyone or get hit. She contacted them right away and was assured that they would fix the car. The car is still under warranty. Sure enough they went back on there word. They claim she hit something and caused the damage. She has reports that show she did not, the car was picked up on the freeway. Still they refuse to honor the warranty. Not only was the manager unavailable for a full day after the revived the car from AAA (towing it their). He was rude and unprofessional. Stay far away from the dealership. They sell horrible cars!!! I could of lost my daughter due to the unsafe vehicle they sold her. They further add insult to injury by not honoring the warranty. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Good website
I downloaded the app, nice convenience. Made online shopping easier for me. The app had a lot of features to it, and it was also user friendly
Couldn't be happier!
I test drove 5 different cars. The salesman was very honest, and actually told me that one of the cars I was interested in had an issue and needed a repair that wasnt immediately noticable. I found a beautiful car with very low miles and an amazing one owner service history forv$3000 less than the same car with the same miles at a dealer 30 miles away, and they gave me more than the Kelly Blue Book trade in value for my trade in. I NEVER take time to write a review, but was so happy with this dealer that I felt compelled to take the time to write this one. It is probably worth mentioning that I paid cash for this car, so I cannot speak to an experience with financing with thos dealer.
Most expensive mistake I've made
Be sure you have your car inspected by a good mechanic before you buy from here. Bought a 2008 Mazda CX-7 and got a 3 month extended warranty. Ended up spending over 2K fixing what the warranty didn't cover, and I opted for the more expensive coverage. I also wouldn't trust a dealership that doesn't give at least the lowest 3 month warranty for free.
Scam artist
Charging more then the car is worth... Go and run the kbb price (official price guide) not the carfax (history report). Scammers, couldn't even get the free recalls done.
