Horrible customer service
I called today to buy a car and put a down payment on a vehicle i wanted for my wife . This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had to trying to purchase a car. Not only that they wouldn’t work on a deal with me . Full price for there used vehicles . I have the best credit and i was offering cash and to the positive side meaning more then there asking price they were asking for. I felt like my money , my purchase , trying to buy a car for my wife wasn’t good enough and did not care for my purchase . This is and the worst customer service i ha e ever had in my life. This is not how you do customer service especially in the car industry. I am very upset especially a cash offer they had the easiest sale ever and money they could have made selling a vehicle. Now i can see why there reviews are at 1.8 stars . Matt could car leas to make a sale with me and that’s unfortunate especially around this time when we had have a horrible 2020 and 2021 cause of covid. It’s truly sad how they could not care for customers and try to help them into buying a vehicle .

We were able to look at the cars with comfort. Most of the cars were open which was nice to look inside the cars. When we were ready to pay, we had a nice gentlemen names Prince to help us through the rest of the process.

DO NOT BUY A CAR EVER FROM NEW DEAL AUTO! I intended to buy a car that I didn’t spend more than 5,000. I put 3,000 down and when all was said and down it turned out to be 10,000. They tacked on a extended warranty because they knew their cars are junk. The only good thing I can say about that is I used it about 6 times. The transmission was replaced days after I purchased car. Credit Acceptance is their financed and they are horrible. The car sales people prey on women and take advantage of us not having a lot of knowledge of cars.

They overcharge, change the gas gage, and lie about/pretend to make repairs. Their warranty is a lie as well. Do not buy a car here.

No way you can find a good deal here, first , cars are not fixed up good enough for sale, second tax is too high, third managers are tricky. Advice to all, stay away from this seller as far as possible.

I came to this dealer to shop for a car, Needless to say that my experience at this dealer is awful in many ways. I would never come back and I advice people to stay away from this car dealer if you can. Its not worth it.
Dirty cars
The particular car I went to see would have been great if they took any kind of time to clean the inside. Why don't they detail these cars? They're a hot mess inside, no effort made to clean them. I experienced the same in checking out about 3 of the other cars on the lot.
They increase the sales price at doc signing
I should have been looking for something going wrong, they are a used car dealer. The vehicle I purchased wasn't the problem, their service was. First I arranged to have someone bring my car to my home before I agreed to the purchase. When I arrived to go with them, I was told they couldn't deliver the vehicle because they were short handed. I live five minutes away. After argueing for 20 minutes about the five employees sitting around and no customers, I told them to call when they could deliver the car. Eventually they called and the vehicle was delivered. When I reviewed my paperwork at my bank, I realized they had increased the sales price by $800 at closing. I went back and the sales manager stated that the finance company was charging an up front charge besides the exorbitant interest rate. It was not on the truth in lending disclosure. So it appears that this is a way for them to add charges and blame it on the lenders. I would never trust this dealer!!!!!
Buyers beware!!!!!
They put water in the coolant system to hide leaks in the water pump and center support bearing was bad . I would not recommend or trust this dealer
Do not buy!!!!!!!
I’m beginning to think Any good reviews are employee/ owner related reviews. I was personally told by the salesman that they inspect the car to pass emissions and that is it! I know nothing about cars but I could make a car pass emissions. He tried to sell me a $6000 Chevy Cruz with a knock in the engine and put me on payments which would equal $13,280. I asked about the knock and they said don’t worry I could maybe get a couple hundred dollars off. Mind you, this car already had 90,000 miles on it. A couple hundred dollars for a knock in the engine which is probably a rod that is about to blow. That’s a $2000 fix.... MINIMUM on top of the 13,280 they were going to get for payment. This place is a scheme. They heard cars like cattle , and pump them out to any moron that will buy it. With their sales tactic they are simply taking advantage of people with little to no money or poor credit and only digging them further into Poor credit. I looked at two cars (same year same model)one had 25,000 miles more yet, they were both priced the same. Smells like fish on this lot. And the salesman, although nice, are only looking to make a quick buck. He didn’t care whether the car works or not. In fact, Quickly try to shuffle me out the door when I announced my displeasure with this place. Almost like he was trying to keep it hush hush. Do not buy here!!!!!! Consider yourself warned!!!!!
