Some cars are good and some are not.....make sure to fully inspect the vehicle.....lights, belts, brakes, tubes, gadgets, a/c and take it on a good test drive....I found all these issues and different vehicle s.....but they never denied anything in person.

I’ve bought t a 2004 GMC envoy for $6000 cost me another thousand dollars out the door the vehicle was advertised as mechanically sound no issues I get to the dealership I know more about the vehicle than two different salesman even dead I was told it it had been through their service department when actually that was a lie they didn’t even bother to check the fluids or change the oil prior to putting it on the lot. Within 24 hours of purchasing this vehicle I was coming out of the Phoenix airport tunnel when my vehicle lost engine power down to 30% leaving me stranded in the tunnel to piggyback it out to the other side. I made contact with the dealership the following day because they weren’t open on Sundays spoke with the sales manager that I had bought the vehicle from because this vehicle supposed to have a 15 day or 500 mile warranty on the drive train engine transmission etc… I took the car to a GMC dealership and have them run a diagnostic on it which I still have not come up only service engine it also came up 6% Engine oil life capacity left call mom and another service light saying reduced engine power! I was told by the dealership where I took it to be service that there was no way possible that whoever had this vehicle before me didn’t know that those two sensors were bad in the vehicle one sensor alarm cost me $613 to replace the other one is $725 to replace which I can’t afford so now after I have an $8000 invested in a vehicle it’s sitting in my driveway till I can yet do another $700 repair so that it works properly. And if this wasn’t enough, neither the privacy window or the back trunk window were operable and a key fob doesn’t work which means that you can’t set the alarm system that is installed in the vehicle. I was told by the sales manager at this dealership that none of the above would have even been covered under the 500 mile warranty and I think it’s a crock of poo poo! They are snakes they’re buying vehicles in the ones that they find out that they’ve got to put a bunch of money and they push off to cash purchase and then rip of everybody else off all the newer vehicles with high finance rates and interest payments! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to buy a vehicle here the salesman don’t know anything about the vehicles the staff pretty much was just really rude especially the sales manager I mean for god sake I only had a vehicle less than 24 hours and I was having engine power issues and for him to tell me “oh well that’s not covered under the warranty!!!” why in the xxxx I did I just hand you $7000 for a vehicle that can’t even make it 24 hours without shutting itself off leaving me in a very dangerous predicament with traffic doing 55 to 60 miles an hour in! I will be seeking legal advice & I have all the documentation that I need and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau I didn’t buy a $2500 car, I bought a $6000 vehicle CASH $6800 out the door!! One only expect it to last at least 24 hours without having to put $1400 in repairs and doing a MUCH NEEDED oil-change. Please do yourself a favor and save your pocket a heartache and don’t even step on the lot at this place!!!! They are straight up SHADY CROOKS!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE The car we purchased did start the first day. New Deal towed it back, they had it for a week. We got it back, supposedly fixed. It worked for three days. I called and complained and they would not help. I told them I would send the car back. I was told by the finance manager "we'll take the car back." We had it towed back and then signed and sent the title in. They now say "thank you for the car." "We will not send you your money back" and to "go ahead and write the attorney general." Not a place to do business with.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE

Scammers dishonest company the cash price on the vehicle i purchased was $5, 999 but however when I signed the contract it was raised to $6,999 and the salesman told me that, that was the cash price on the windshield which is a lie so now my total Payoff is $7,510.28 the day I test drove the car I noticed it was sounding rough the salesman who was on the job for less than a week said that he thought it was the road sounding rough and that were road work so I believed it however 3 weeks later I take it to the shop and a motor mounts were messed up the rotors were almost gone the brakes were almost gone and now the serpentine belt is gone they said I have a warranty but the company does not want to pay to fix the problem they sell these cars with major pre-existing problems and leave you holding the bill do not trust them you will be out of a lot of money

Horrible customer service

I called today to buy a car and put a down payment on a vehicle i wanted for my wife . This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had to trying to purchase a car. Not only that they wouldn’t work on a deal with me . Full price for there used vehicles . I have the best credit and i was offering cash and to the positive side meaning more then there asking price they were asking for. I felt like my money , my purchase , trying to buy a car for my wife wasn’t good enough and did not care for my purchase . This is and the worst customer service i ha e ever had in my life. This is not how you do customer service especially in the car industry. I am very upset especially a cash offer they had the easiest sale ever and money they could have made selling a vehicle. Now i can see why there reviews are at 1.8 stars . Matt could car leas to make a sale with me and that’s unfortunate especially around this time when we had have a horrible 2020 and 2021 cause of covid. It’s truly sad how they could not care for customers and try to help them into buying a vehicle .

We were able to look at the cars with comfort. Most of the cars were open which was nice to look inside the cars. When we were ready to pay, we had a nice gentlemen names Prince to help us through the rest of the process.

DO NOT BUY A CAR EVER FROM NEW DEAL AUTO! I intended to buy a car that I didn’t spend more than 5,000. I put 3,000 down and when all was said and down it turned out to be 10,000. They tacked on a extended warranty because they knew their cars are junk. The only good thing I can say about that is I used it about 6 times. The transmission was replaced days after I purchased car. Credit Acceptance is their financed and they are horrible. The car sales people prey on women and take advantage of us not having a lot of knowledge of cars.
